Placed an order through their website on 31st Dec eve. But the restaurant was actually closed (found out when I went to pick up food) Trying to get in touch with someone to get a refund but there has been no response since 5 days now, no email, Instagram or Facebook messages are getting any replies.
How do you accept orders if you’re restaurant is closed??? I don’t usually leave bad reviews but your customer service has left me no option.
