Dropped into this cafe today for a quick snack and ended up staying to dine in. Paint this picture: It’s a cold rainy day downtown and you just got splashed from a passing car. Oh wait, Mast Coffee is here. I’ll just stop in for carrot cake and hot chocolate. Wow I’m warm now and this tastes great. I like it here!

One of my fav coffee shops in town, but the customer service sucked today. Olivia didn’t ask me for my points and then when I asked if they can re-do my order she said “we don’t do refunds” with a smirk on her face. Is it so hard to just be good at customer service when your job is customer service? The food and coffee is great though.
Busy area, not kept very clean. The drinks and pastries themselves were mid. The croissant I ordered was dry and had no flavour. There was a weird cheap texture to my matcha. Service was ok
