It’s just not….. giving much, yet you’re paying a premium. I say this only because I am willing to pay a premium for a delicious sandwich (or anything delicious), however this left me hungry and disappointed. The service was questionable, I felt as though they were doing me a favour? Also where is the sauce? Any sauce? I can buy a great focaccia many places around Toronto and throw some meat on it - I go to restaurants because I am expecting more. Anyways - great location.

Listen, get the smoked salmon, a glass of beer, and steal a piece of pizza from someone in your group. I expected the salmon to be cured but it was a generous cut of fresh smoked salmon. Made. My. Day. Also the service was super friendly and kind.

Been coming here for years - one of my fav sandwiches. Ordered the caprese & tuna sandwiches today and was v disappointed :(
barely any cheese on the caprese & the tuna had more bits of egg in it than tuna. $40 for Arugula & cherry tomatoes on bread for is mental

The Food. Out of this world. Seeing the sandwiches and salads coming out, looking mouth watering. We had 2 Pizzas. Beauty Crust, beauty sauce cheese and toppings. Can't find a fault with the food. The Restaurant. The moment we opened the door the smell of Mold hit us. Figured a restaurant full of pizza, breads, etc, that would be the smell that hits one the minute the door opens. Looking up, The AC vents are covered in Mold. Parts of the tiles on the ceiling were also covered in Mold. By the looks and the smell of things the entire HVAC system needs a massive scrubbing or a complete replacement. I feel for the workers there as they have to breath this stuff in day in day out while on shift. Owner.... do better get that rectified. An absolute shame. Ruins the dining experience. As your Food is top Notch.

Went there, ordered food. Waited 40 minutes. At this point only 1 other table in the restaurant already eating. Asked the waitress where our food was. She said that there was one guy in the back so food is coming but taking longer. 10 minutes later waitress comes back and asked what we ordered.
We ended up at DEFINA, 2 blocks away! Better menu, Service and ambiance!

The food is always amazing but there is no service. Waited 30 mins for water after asking for it. Seemed like the wait staff didn’t notice we were there. Reservation was 25 mins late. Had to remind them we ordered drinks.. don’t recommend for sit down.
