Horrible burgers, I’m extremely disappointed.

If you’re going to make an iconic original smash burger, cook the onions on it. Don’t add them on after??

Edit: What an amazing response from the owner! Matt clearly YOU cannot read your own menu, as stated “Oklahoma Style” is made with GRILLED ONIONS.

No where does it say it will be topped off with RAW WHITE ONIONS AFTER being cooked?

The only customers this establishment gets are the drunk teenagers from the bars right beside it. Extremely sloppy and gross!

This location is NOT wheelchair accessible.

Tried this place for the first time, and WOW, the burgers are seriously amazing! Super good quality, and you can tell they put care into them. Also, big thanks to Mel for being so kind and helping me out with my order. Definitely a place I’ll be visiting again!

The burgers here are always so good and very filling. We’ve been here maybe three times now, and this is one of my favourite burger spots. This time, we got to try the milkshake, which is really delicious. And the service is always amazing, our cashier today was Mel, if I heard correctly. She was super sweet. Always enjoy coming here!

The best place to go, hamburgers are gorgeous, very juicy and really well mixed with different ingredients, really good size and no words about the poutin, simply fabulous. Also, the service did not let it down since Mel was so kindly and thoughtful, I took my dog there and she gave me a patty for my puppy, that kind of gestures and it's pet friendly enviroment is valuable for me.

I’d like to start off by saying that I don’t generally review on Google unless the experience is either extremely good or really bad. But for Matt’s Burger Lab, I feel like I owe them a positive review. I’ve visited Matt’s Burger Lab on Adelaide a number of times at this point (cuz I live close by), and every single time my experience has been nothing short of amazing. The food is incredible; the burgers melt in your mouth and are cooked to perfection but that is not even the best part. The service there is absolutely amazing. The workers there are great, and actually want to make sure that you enjoy your food and above all, are extremely nice and pleasant. I get lunch from work via ritual credits and generally, restaurants are not too pleased when I order from Ritual. But I can’t say the same about this place, because they’ve actually ended up giving me stuff for free alongside my order (maybe because I order frequently but still); beef gravy this one time (which I absolutely love and idk how they knew that), extra chicken nuggets another time. But don’t get me wrong, I don’t expect to get free stuff alongside my order - that is just a very nice gesture for a person who orders frequently. Probably one of the best places in downtown and I’m sure you’d come back again if you try it once
