Generally great service here but I rocked up at 915am on sat and the door on the subway side was locked. They pointed me towards the other entrance on the other side of the You have to pay again to get back into the subway.
No signage on the door about when they will unlock it or anything. Completely inconsiderate.
CHOSE 1 time to have the system update everyday. I understand system updates but PLEASE HAVE IT AT THE SAME TIME not different times, I came today it was 1:00 am and they’re systems are updating for the next 30 minutes, 90% of the time it’s happening at 3 am. Choose 1 time to do it at every night instead of constantly changing those times. People actually try to schedule their mornings/afternoons/evenings/ OVERNIGHTS in with this. CHOSE 1 time out of every day to do the system update.

Oh I missed my streetcar so many times because the staff there took so long. They just stand there talking to each other at the counters, who knows what they're doing at the back. Thanks for taking forever to get my order, just the opposite of fast food chain.

Just came here and got ripped off. Used a coupon for two sandwiches but they only put one in the bag. Didn't notice until I was nearly home. Paid $7.50 for one mcdouble and an iced coffee. They weren't even busy. Won't be coming back to this location again
Worst order yet. If someone orders a happy meal and an adult meal, it would be great if the kid got their meal too. If you do not have the items, don’t grab a few random things as replacements.

It’s become a recurring issue that they’re often out of popular drinks, and I’ve ended up with water instead of the Sprite I ordered. This isn’t just a one-time problem; it’s happening regularly. I understand that sometimes things run out, but it’s frustrating when it happens so often and when no alternative is offered. I hope they can address this issue and improve their drink availability

Waited agessss for my order, which was a mobile order, so it should've been ready earlier than those ordering after me. Ended up just sitting under the counter the whole time. Resulted in me missing my bus. Then I look in the bag when I finally get home and I'm missing the burger! If you're going to take extra time to prepare am order, the least you could do is ensure all the food is there. Ridiculous. This is the second time my mobile order has been left getting cold while I'm asking multiple people about it.
