1 star is generous. I can't believe I am left to sit out in the rain, come home home and have cold food to put in the microwave when I only live down the street, I have to put cheese in my fridge on a cheeseburger because they didn't put any on it. Onions on it because they didn't do that either. I was an employee of the year at my McDonald's growing up. It's truly pathetic.

Worst Mc Donald ever!! Don’t order here. I’ve ordered online right outside the restaurant, my order was ready and I’ve been waiting more than 30 minutes while there were 5 girls , some of them sitted and talking with all the bags on the counter , and they didn’t even answering at the bell ,nothing!! and I’ve rang it 5 times!!!!

I just went to buy an ice cream with 2000 points that I had, they gave me my ice cream (which took a while) and in the end instead of charging me 2000 they charged me 4000, double what it was (I had 11065 points from previous purchases) I do not recommend it.

I WANT MY 2000 POINTS BACK!

I would never normally leave a review at McDonalds because the expectations are always low for fast food restaurants however I came to grab food after a night out and went through the drive through and they told us that they can’t take our order because they are closed for cleaning (whatever that means) and didn’t communicate that we can order online. Some of us ordered online, which is how we figured out that we could do that, but it did not make sense that they couldn’t take our order through the drive-through But they could take it on the app. Three minutes later an Uber driver pulls up through the drive-through and they serve him so we went back to the drive through to order and they kept refusing us. At this point, we were being respectful, but we were just very confused. Shortly after the ones who ordered online picked up their food and they would refuse to give it to them and told us that they would not serve us and became so rude and disrespectful. Again, I understand that it’s McDonald’s and the expectations are already so low, but the fact that a manager is not serving people for no apparent reason and blatantly being rude and disrespectful was appalling. Someone like this should not be working in customer service as they have no people skills. You cannot pick and choose who you want to serve at an establishment like this, especially if you’re paying to be served.

Your hours for accessing the inside are 24 hours but after a certain time they close and only online orders and drive thru is available. I live in the area, no car and I do not have a card to pay for online orders. You can't go through the drive thru even if it's empty unless you have a vehicle, so therefore you're unable to order anything.
