We were visiting the city and we found this McDonald to be the worst we have seen in our whole life.
The service was really bad, the bathrooms were not working and the restaurant had a distingusting odour.

I have lost count of how many times I have been here, and they are screwing with order timers. By this, I mean you place your order, you watch your number, your number leaves the screen (like you have been served), and then you stand there and watch them finish your order, or you watch them, and they eventually get to your order. This is a way for them to screw the system and the manager to get a bonus for keeping his SLA in line. It also makes it look like they are properly staffed when in reality they are not. I have even gone as far as calling them out on it 3 days in a row (yes, I should eat less here), and the only answer I get is, I dunno what happened. Garbage. If your customers order is not ready, leave it on the board. Quit making your staff fudge their numbers so you look good. Properly staff your location, and this wont be an issue.

placed a mobile order at 5:35am, talked to a worker to confirm my order and the worker said they were waiting on hash browns, i didn’t receive my food till 5:53am and it was not busy there… the general public knows it does not take over 15 minutes to make a meal at mcdonald’s. not sure if it’s a staffing issue however my food was cold and hard… it’s very unpleasant to be waiting a long time for fast food and receive poor food quality and service.

It's McDonald's so the food is standardized. This location is mid tier though and claustrophobic. Would recommend you just get take out and eat in a park nearby.

The lady working on 22 August 2025 at 3:00 AM completely messed up my order because she was busy talking to her coworker and probably I disturbed her. I had ordered large fries, medium coke and sunday fudge but instead they charged me for large fries,medium fries and sunday fudge which is higher. I pointed it out and instead of refunding they just gave me large coke. I was like Okay, fine just correct the rest of order and I won't mind but no they messed up again and gave me medium fries instead of large fries. Almost paid double the amount. Alongwith that the large coke was so full that putting the straw made it all come out. The other guy too didn't really had much welcoming attitude either. Also barely 5 minutes of starting eating, the security guy told me the dine- in is finished. Really haad a bad experience

Standard McD, but this location tends to have a lot of homeless and drugged up patrons because of the homeless sanctuary on Charles St. Can be very uncomfortable as they linger both inside and outside.
