This location is usually busy, but they move the line quickly. I've been here a few times and the food has been fresh and the orders have been correct. Staff are generally polite and helpful. Cleanliness is decent for how much traffic they get. Would come back

I am appalled. Me and my son Andrew went to partake in the delicious delight named “McFlurry” after his therapy session. When we went to order, a large man cut infront of me and when I asked him to move he said “you don’t need more” Then when I was at the desk, my son Andrew had to use the bathroom as he has bladder issues, and usually I accommodate him, but I couldn’t this time because the line was too long and I wasn’t gonna give up my spot. Andrew came back from the room of which you pee in tears, very distraught. His hands were covered in a corrosive liquid, and he wouldn’t say what it was. He had to tell me eventually, and said that the employee had shoved him into the urinal from behind. I consulted said employee and he said that he didn’t care. 1 star

To management/higher management, it is beyond UNACCEPTABLE that this restaurant is never available for customers to dine-in. The place is filled with homeless people who are violent (verbal and physical), drug addicts and make the atmosphere of the place so unwelcoming. I observed some homeless people stealing orders from the counter a couple of times while your staff is preparing other orders. Others homeless people just lay on the food counter with their disgusting hands and the counter is not even cleaned despite that these people just lay on it. Food orders even bagged, should be kept in hygienic areas. It is unfortunate for the homeless to experience life the way they have to but something must be done to solve this issue. This is absolutely NOT OK!!!! DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!!!!
Also please train your staff to properly take orders as per the menu. Some of them just do not know what they are pressing and make mistakes without consulting their supervisor/manager. If they don't know, encourage them to ask their supervisor to help them.
Hoping to see improvement at this location. This is shocking and not on McDonald's standards.
There are also many reviews of this kind for months/years for this location and still nothing has been done to improve the situation. This is a restaurant not a homeless shelter.
Improvements should be happening as respect for your customers as well as your hard-working staff!!!

corporate mcd’s, you are not paying staff enough. they are great at their jobs, and they’re running interference with folks who the city and province have abandoned. they’re running a social service organization with way less resources so i hope you’re paying them extra dollars an hour. it’s literally the least you can do with all those corporate $$$.

What a dump. Plenty of seats for non-paying uber-eats delivery peeps, but none for paying customers. I did not know this was a half way house for people waiting for a delivery order. I thought there was a no loitering policy. I guess that for people who pay. This is shameful!

Its fine if you don't go here after dark. If you do its not clean, its damaged and there are 10 or so homeless people using the seating area as a makeshift shelter. I dont blame the homeless folks, they need a place from the cold.
