This is the second time I found a piece of plastic in my hamburger at this store. I reached out to Guest Relations asking for a refund on the burger since I ordered it through the app. They said they would investigate and would respond within 5 business days but it's been 2 months and no response despite me following up again.

By far the BEST decafe coffee I’ve ever had!! This location makes the best decafs Thanks McDonalds staff keep up the good work!!
Can't rate the food as they gave my order to someone else and refused to remake my order. Recommendation to confirm people provide proof of order prior to just handing it out.
It is not the first time when I ordered something and it was made wrong. The one thing I asked it was refund because I didn’t want to go back after long day at work. I called to the store but they said they cannot do anything because I got the burger (which was made in the wrong way and wasn’t my fault) and only one way is to go back and get the refund or a correct burger but I have to go today but not tomorrow lol I didn’t get what the problem if I will be there another day and they will ask my name or an order number.

One of the best McDonald’s in Toronto. They Are Super fast and Really nice. Always on time. I am happy I come to this McDonald’s it’s one of the best in Toronto. Everything is always fresh Service is Wonderful.
