I will NEVER understand why this place has 3.4 stars. Its a miracle. I've came here once during summer time a couple years ago and its the worst probably in the entire world, theres bugs EVEYWHERE. Mosquitoes, flies. Its basiclly their version of a city. Food was horrible too. Burger was... i have no words. And the fries? Undercooked. Also homeless people everywhere around that area, im sorry but this place is actually disgusting, The only good thing is that the coakroaches aren't the flying kind.

I spend nearly $30 the other day on a single combo with specific add-ons and I received nothing that was requested and an entirely different item. Had they ran out of those items then they should’ve just cancelled the order but chose not to. Never ordering from this location again

If i could give zero stars i would. The workers here are a disgrace to humanity, honestly. I’ve seen on three different occasions the workers being racist, rude, and snickering to each other at customers right in front of them. One instance, a woman was trying to get into the bathroom. She was a senior and didn’t hear the workers instructions. When she asked for clarification, the worker yelled at her as loud as she could, asked if she was dumb, and started laughing with her coworkers. Yesterday, a man was counting his change to see if he had enough for a coffee and a fry, and the two workers looked at each other, scoffed, laughed, and made fun of him. Will never be going back.

The cashier was prompt and helpful for food orders but overall the staff was very slow/hesitant to let anyone use the washroom which is a huge issue if you're with kids. And of course if you dine-in the kids will need to go. It took time to flag someone down to ask and when they agreed to open it they never did. Ended up just rushing home.
