It's McDonald's, like every other location, it's hit or miss. The food is the same wherever, but sometimes the servers here either mess up my tea or their version of 3 milk and 2 sweetener is different than other locations. And sometimes it seems a bit dirty when you walk in, but it is downtown, so that can be expected.

Well, went over one evening and they were, get this - only open for DELIVERY drivers. Which means, I have to pay more...for everything. Shouldn't advertise 24hours when pedestrians cannot get served.

2 stars for occasionally I’m ok with the experience. But I had more than enough times that I get an almost cold coffee when I ordered “Hot” coffee, I mean isn’t that just the basic line ??? Understand they might be tired of the work but it’s early in the morning with not much order by the time and you can easily tell if the coffee is cold or not when handing to your customer.

Pathetic and very poor staff ... no ettiquets at all. Specially the team member name Farhana was so rude and didn't want to even serve people.

Ordered mobile for pickup and when I reached lady named Farhana said they didn’t receive anything and she left and I kept waiting thinking she is checking, after waiting for almost 10 mins I asked her and she was like I do not know anything. We didn’t receive the order and I asked if you can help me somehow because I showed her the online confirmation still she didn’t even try to ask manager or to help me. Simply she turned back and left to her station. Being a McDonald’s customer since last 10 years this is the first time I have someone so bad at her job. Didnt even try to help me with anything and then after waiting 15 mins without any information I tried to order again my food but the cashier said I have to come in line which was filed with 5-6 customers and again I had to wait 10 mins for that. After I ordered again they had no orders to make still the staff didn’t hand me my order it was lying there until I asked can I please have my food since I dnt have the whole day to wait here. The staff kept talking to themselves and it felt like I was there to beg for some food and I think they forgot they are getting paid from the money we pay to get our food. If the customers stop ordering then they Dnt have any job. I guess they need more training and Atleast someone mature on shift who can handle customer queries willingly.
