I had an excellent experience at the McDonald’s located at 470 Yonge Street, and I felt it was definitely worth sharing. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and positive. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and professional, which immediately stood out to me. The service was impressively quick, especially considering how busy the location can be. The person at the till greeted me with a big, genuine smile and warm morning greetings, which made me feel valued as a customer and really brightened my day. It’s not something you experience everywhere, and it truly made a difference. I also noticed how friendly and supportive the manager and the rest of the crew were. They worked efficiently as a team while maintaining a positive attitude and great customer service. The store was well-organized, and everything ran smoothly. Because of this consistently great experience, I would definitely choose to return to this location again. I highly recommend this McDonald’s to anyone looking for fast service, friendly staff, and a pleasant overall experience. Keep up the great work!

Went in today and witnessed the most disgusting thing I’ve ever seen. I’m assuming she’s a manager but Charlene was screaming at the employees asking for food while she was just standing there not doing anything. Never in my life have I seen someone speak to employees the way she did. If I were her boss I would have fired her, that is not the way you treat your staff. I was so appalled that I had to leave, I feel so sorry for everyone that has to work with her.
Shoutout to Manager/Supervisor for making the moment right! My order wasn’t hot the first time, but the crew remade it immediately and got everything spot on. Fast, friendly, and attentive service!

For a downtown location on young street every time I visit there since I started working across the street it's slow service when there's only 4 or 5 customers being served and this whole new age ordering at the computer then going to the counter doesn't work for me I prefer going to the cashier ordering my food and receiving it at the cashier it was much faster and more efficient than not now.

1. One of the employees said cash wasn’t allowed, but another employee accepted it without problems 2. The washrooms are small and disgusting, 🤢 Piss on the walls, gunk in the corners, and even more weird stuff 3. And of course, the place is suffering from insane inflation
