I went here at some point and experienced what can only be described as a series of events involving food. The atmosphere was definitely present, and there were tables, which I appreciated. The staff did things that staff typically do, and the menu contained options. I ordered something that turned out to be exactly what it was, more or less.
Time passed while I was there, and by the end, I had formed several thoughts, though none of them felt urgent. It’s the kind of place that exists, and in many ways, that’s something. I might return, or I might not, depending on various factors. Overall, it was an experience.

The lady didn’t even check my order number and said its not ready. The food was sitting on the table for more than 10 minutes. Packed already! Later she saw the number and gave it which could be done 10 minites before.

Today was a post Christmas miracle. The service on Boxing Day was top notch. Peaceful and quiet. The food was perfect. Other days are a very mixed bag but I had a great experience today. It surprisingly wasn't too busy. The Dr. Seuss Grinch promotion Who-Hash Bites with sour cream dipping sauce were good.
A nice clean and some nice private areas to eat unlike most..

It takes forever to be served. At least 12 min for a coffee, smsl fries and a QP. They erase the numbers fast so it looks in the reports as served in time. Cheeky!

I ordered hot chocolate and fries but got handed over someone else’s order which has coffee and the fries were extremely soggy. When I went back to get hot chocolate, I was again handed over someone else’s hot chocolate which was cold - the employees on the other hand weren’t even paying attention to the orders and didn’t really care about any of it.

It doesn't look like if they're changing the oil for the french fries frequently. French fries tastes and smells burnt oil

20 minutes for a junior chicken burger ,thats all! They didnt cancel my order when i wanted, they cleaned my order from application before i got my order maybe 10minutes ago. Not even a sorry too! Rude staff, very weak service...
