20 minutes for a junior chicken burger ,thats all! They didnt cancel my order when i wanted, they cleaned my order from application before i got my order maybe 10minutes ago. Not even a sorry too! Rude staff, very weak service...

I asked to refill my drink. They said, we don’t do that. Isn’t it your store policy Mcdonald’s. They also closed their fountain at the customer side. They are abusing the relationship with customers and the company. I will also claim this store to the headquarters.

Had the Mcveggie combo. Somehow found every single item i order to be bad. strawberry shake was like sickly sweet. Mc veg had no flavour at all, except for salt same with the fries, but they were completely cold. o

Horrible service, the cashier left literally in the middle of me saying my order and didn't say a word. Another cashier came up, staring at me with 'Yes' I stated 'why did she walk away' she replied 'she needed help'. Why didn't the first person say this to me. So odd to just walk away. Never a good experience here, has much hate as the Spadina Ave and Queen St West gets... it's leagues above this one.
I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s yesterday around 11am. I ordered a lot of food, but the bag tore. When I asked the young lady at the counter (wearing glasses, speaking Poonjabi) for a bigger bag, she was extremely rude, gave me dirty looks, and showed no respect. As a senior citizen, I found this treatment very upsetting.
Thankfully, another young lady wearing a red and black mask noticed the situation. She came over, listened to our concern, and kindly gave us the larger handled bags we needed. She was polite, sweet, and very respectful — exactly the kind of person McDonald’s should be hiring.
Management really needs to train staff to treat senior citizens with kindness and respect. One rude employee can ruin the whole experience, while one kind one can make all the difference.
