Good branch which is not busy and has washrooms right next to it.

This is a typical McDonald's location inside the Bay Atrium mall. We had a pleasant experience at this location. They don't have all the menus like the salad wasn't served. Nevertheless, in the unprecedented event of COVID, they are doing excellent job, hats off to the staffs who are working here. I would definitely recommend this place.

They never get my full order correctly. Happy meal toy was not as advertised, and soft drinks always end up flat. Once witnessed counter employees turning a blind eye to one of the employees, who was completing random orders versus based on order time, which is understandable if there were items being waited on from the production team, but that wasn't the case. Ended up resulting in large delays, and a lot of missing drinks that went with the orders because it was given away without regard to order #. They need to improve and retrain on how they offer their customer service, because it isn't as good as it could be.

Clarissa the so called manager. Needs to learn what customer service is . She is not only rude but also lack basic manners. The staff was pretty nice but she ruins your whole day the way she looks at you and talks.

I ordered happy meal via McDonald’s app, as I did not want to shout my choices in such noisy location. The service was quick as it was not busy, but I found a toy in my box though I requested a book. A clerk exchanged it with a book as I claimed, saying it was only what they had at that time, but the book was not what I expected- I mean, it was not what McD’s website advertised. Also the toy the clerk mistakenly gave me was not for this season, and I realized they are simply leftovers from previous season. It was okay as I am adult - so toys or books were not big deals for me. But, but if I bought it for my kids...?Furthermore, what I was disappointed more was yogurt in the set has been expired. I realized that after I have eaten it. The expiry date was just several days before the day and my stomach was okay, but still it is not acceptable as any restaurants’ behavior. Again, if it was for my kids...? I am so scared.As such, I cannot recommend this McDonald especially for kids.

Not all promotions will be honored.They usually end their $1 any size soft drink promotion significantly earlier than the end date of the promotion period.You cannot redeem monopoly prize "Small McCafe" beverage here because they stated it's not a McCafe location.....

I tried to grab a quick bite before boarding my bus out of the city. I normally have quick and pleasant interactions at this location but was met with a snarky and ill-informed cashier which prompted me to provide this review. Instead of simply looking at the display board behind them, this cashier gave false responses to my inquiries about the total of my order. I'm assuming many of the other lower starred reviews stem from this same employee.

Very, very disappointed in some of the staff. I order a junior chicken and I see it on their screen. The staff just goes to my order and marks it as complete and then I end up waiting 10 minutes for a junior chicken.This has not happened only once, but multiple times. I only go because it's the only convenient thing to get but it's becoming less and less convenient if it takes 10 minutes for ONE junior chicken. P.S. It wasn't even a heavy rush.

Small location within shopping mall. Okay if you want the basics but if you're looking for some of the special items such a limited time sandwiches or McCafe then you should probably go to a full restaurant. They just don't seem to have the space to offer such menu items. Service is okay when taking your order but significantly slower when preparing orders. Location is relatively clean except for seating area, which also tends to attract homeless, but this is not part of McDonald's so more of an issue with Atrium On Bay.
