This may be a characteristic of downtown stores, but vagrants were freely relaxing inside the store, and as I was ordering on the touch panel, they came to the side and started praying, saying, "I prayed for you, so give me money!" Of course I ignored it lol You might feel more comfortable and relaxed at a private hamburger shop that doesn't have an automatic door at the entrance.

Me and my partner recently arrived in Canada to visit a friend and decided to spend the day in Toronto. We ordered with an employee by the name of I believe regene (her name tag was hard to read) her service was very fast and friendly. We absolutely loved her she deserves a big raise 10/10

not 24 hours, you have to order online with their app once it gets late very annoying. theres also crazy people in there all the time.
We went to this MD at 5 am in the morning but it was locked from inside We were not able to get inside We waited for around 10 minutes but no one responded and we returned. It is written in 24 hours service but they are not providing services for 24 hours and it is not a good culture . I hope they will not do this kind of activity in upcoming days.
