Brace urself- I watched the MANAGER make the burgers and chicken wraps with no gloves while waiting on my order I asked if he could put gloves on since itās a law in Ontario you must wear gloves while handling food ⦠he then argued with me saying āmy hands are clean I washed themā it was nasty I told him if the wrong person sees this or decides to report this then that could be something that could get them shut down ⦠he then put gloves on and purposely left my hamburger sitting on the table for almost 15 minutes and anyone who tried to put it in the box in the bag he told them no donāt when I finally got my food (because I started pretending to film him) it was cold and by that point I was also too disgusted by the cleanliness of him (the manager) and the other workers that I didnāt even want to eat it.

I left my shopping bag on a seat at this location after shopping, I realized I left it 30 minutes after leaving. I called the location and the woman who picked up said she would take a look. She puts me on hold for a few minutes and tells me it is no longer there. I am ready to cut my losses and get a new clothes but something told me to go back and check. When I went back I found my bag exactly where I left it. The worker was an absolute brick and could not take 2 seconds out of her day to see if a bright orange bag was sitting on a bench.

I am deeply disappointed with my visit to the McDonald's at [Address,356 Yonge Street] on [Date:16/09/2025].
The problems started when our order was incorrect. We received a cold, soggy hamburger instead of the Quarter Pounder we paid for. When I politely brought this to the counter staff's attention, they were dismissive and unhelpful.
The situation escalated when the manager on duty, [Khusbu], came over. Instead of apologizing and fixing the mistake, they were argumentative and rude. They insisted the order was correct, even with the wrong wrapper and cold food right in front of them. Their attitude was unprofessional and confrontational, making a simple customer service issue into a hostile experience.

Nicole over at this location is really rude and didnāt even want to help me with the bag, just gave me food and said hereās the bag and put it in yourself. when i asked her if i can get her help to put the food and drinks in the bag cause i did not want to spill the drinks or the food, she looked at me and was like āme? help you?ā and walked away without saying anything else

This marks itself as 24hrs but it is an uber eats collection site only. So mark this as take out delibery only. Staff are rude and unhelpful, try the other one up north
