Be careful. One of the self checkout machines takes your money but does not do the order. It is a scam... I lost $31 in that way... the manager was so aggressive with me... so sad.

Since when has it been policy for McDonald’s to not sell happy meal toys without the meal? Pratik the manager at Bloor St E branch #21038 has clearly re written the collectible rule since last week and this morning on toys being purchased without food. This Branch is shocking! From taking your order number off the track screen to hide long wait times , none existing customer focus, managers always on mobiles to manager not being able to produce correct information for customer complaint without being prompted.

Pros: Convenient location. Normally have good service and delivery orders are good with no errors.
Cons: Large fries = small fries. As shown in the photo, they forgot the other half of my fries which are sometimes @ spilled out at the bottom of the bag but in this case, they meant to not fill it to save money, lack of judgement or lack of oversight. It’s a shame I had to submit a feedback form in the McDonald’s app.

The worst restaurant ever in GTA, the service is very slow and staff rude, all the orders are wrong and missing items. I think McDonald's should close it better than gaining all the bad reviews
