I don't know why I keep giving this place another chance. Don't pay attention to orders. Over abundance of homeless people hang out there. Filthy washrooms. Poor management, staff seem more interested in talking to each other with their backs turned to the front doors.

Food is reaaally over priced in this location a combo that I get regular in any other place for 14$ and smotheing. The charged me 18.29 beside that you don’t get the service that usually get 30 minutes waiting to get your burger is crazy not recommended at all

I stopped by this McDonald’s on Bloor near Sherbourne and left with mixed feelings. The facility itself is clean, modern, and definitely carries that busy, fast-moving downtown vibe. You can tell this location gets a lot of traffic, and in terms of layout and space, it works well.
However, the service experience was really two sides of the coin. On one hand, some of the staff were genuinely pleasant, polite, and professional. They handled customers with a smile and did their best to keep things moving. On the other hand, there were a few team members who seemed completely disengaged. My order was marked as delivered on the screens even though it was just sitting there untouched. I stood waiting for over eight minutes while the staff were chit-chatting or checking something in the back, with zero urgency or attention to the queue.
By the time I finally received my meal, the burger wasn’t warm and felt stale — which is disappointing, especially at a place that’s supposed to be consistent. It honestly felt like some employees were cutting corners or just not caring, and it reflects poorly on the management team.
Overall, not a spot I’d recommend unless you really have no other option in the area. Unfortunately, this was the case for me today, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to return.

Even the biggest burger menu, plus an extra burger, is barely enough to fill me up(l am 125lbs). Despite selecting the option for two bags for take-away, they crammed everything into one. I had to carry my drink separately in my hand because they wouldn't even provide a big bag. It's expensive and the service is terrible. I won't be setting foot near that place again.

A nice homeless shelter on Bloor. The staff here don’t deserve to be treated well, they’re very mean and unapologetic about their mistakes. But yes it’s McDonald’s what do we expect.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this location.
• My order was not processed properly, and I had to ask why it hadn’t come out.
• The fries were completely unsalted, and the burger patty even had a foreign object in it.
• I ordered a Quarter Pounder, but the sauce wasn’t evenly applied, and the taste was terrible.
• I specifically ordered a Quarter Pounder meal with large fries, but there was no apology for the delay in my order.
• A staff member (possibly a manager) handed me medium fries without even confirming my order, and I had to go back myself to ask for the large fries I originally paid for.
The overall service was unacceptable, and the staff showed no professionalism. This location clearly needs to retrain its employees and fix its system, because as it stands now, the experience was simply the worst.

I'm always happy with the service and quality of food I get here, whether onsite or via delivery. I ordered the grilled chicken burger meal and fudge sundae this time. The food was delicious, fries were crispy and burger juicy as well. the fudge sundae was great too and I also received a complimentary chocolate muffin as well. Such a sweet surprise. I look forward to continuing to order/dine at McDonalds.

Really disappointed in my visit. I stood in line waiting for almost 10min, hoping for someone to take my order. Unfortunately I have a disability and can’t use the kiosk. This employee looked at me and told me to use the kiosk when I had already told her I couldn’t. She repeated pushed me away despite trying to explain myself when all she could have done was take my order. She then walked away to the back and used her phone refusing to take my order. I don’t expect much from a fast food place, but I think having decent respect would be appreciated.
