I had a very unpleasant experience at this location. • My order was not processed properly, and I had to ask why it hadn’t come out. • The fries were completely unsalted, and the burger patty even had a foreign object in it. • I ordered a Quarter Pounder, but the sauce wasn’t evenly applied, and the taste was terrible. • I specifically ordered a Quarter Pounder meal with large fries, but there was no apology for the delay in my order. • A staff member (possibly a manager) handed me medium fries without even confirming my order, and I had to go back myself to ask for the large fries I originally paid for.
The overall service was unacceptable, and the staff showed no professionalism. This location clearly needs to retrain its employees and fix its system, because as it stands now, the experience was simply the worst.

I'm always happy with the service and quality of food I get here, whether onsite or via delivery. I ordered the grilled chicken burger meal and fudge sundae this time. The food was delicious, fries were crispy and burger juicy as well. the fudge sundae was great too and I also received a complimentary chocolate muffin as well. Such a sweet surprise. I look forward to continuing to order/dine at McDonalds.

Really disappointed in my visit. I stood in line waiting for almost 10min, hoping for someone to take my order. Unfortunately I have a disability and can’t use the kiosk. This employee looked at me and told me to use the kiosk when I had already told her I couldn’t. She repeated pushed me away despite trying to explain myself when all she could have done was take my order. She then walked away to the back and used her phone refusing to take my order. I don’t expect much from a fast food place, but I think having decent respect would be appreciated.

worst customer service ever, i waited 25 minutes for 6 nuggets just to be asked by an employee to see my receipt again after my order disappeared off the screen, i ordered 2 biscoff mc pops and got 2 hazelnut ones. not even what i ordered. the location had so many crazy people, so many workers yet hardly working and the environment was smelly. first and last time here the nuggets were delicious though i cant lie 😪

Ordered a coffee- double double, instead got loaded with immense amount of cream. Coffee looked like a milkshake! This location always messes up. Its rare that I’ll get my order right.
