Found a hair in my Chicken McMuffin, killed my appetite. Tossed it, won’t be using this location in the future.
Chaotic atmosphere but kudos to Limanuel for keeping things as orderly as possible. Loud clear voice when calling out tickets and doing so with a smile on his face despite the business.

The service I received yesterday was one of the worst. My day end coffee is usually pretty good but for some reason the employee who served me decided to hate on me for asking for a napkin. I'm pretty sure if you hand me a pastry you should give out a napkin. I believe that there are employees under mining this McDonald's for some reason. It only takes one bad apple to spoil the hole bunch. So if you don't like your job leave we the paying customer don't need your drama and the work place doesn't need hate.

I don’t know what their name is but the person that works there gave me the rudest service I have ever received from any individual. I ordered a tea and they kept telling me I didn’t order it to the right location. They told me to show them the location but refused to help me find the receipt that displayed the location, so I asked them where I can find it, they proceeded to give attitude and say they don’t use the app and that finding it is my problem. I find the address through an email receipt, show them and it’s 260 Yonge St Urban Eatery Eaton Centre Food Court. Despite them being wrong, they proceed to talk shit to me and say because I waited two hours (I waited 45 minutes because I work in the mall and had customers), it was thrown out and again, that it’s my problem. She did not offer to remake it despite me having had paid for it. I had to speak to the guest services rep who was much kinder and remade it for me. AFTER being handed the tea, the individual continued to make remarks and tell me that next time I can’t order and wait, that I have to come get the order immediately, they did not offer any apology. If you’re reading this, do not gaslight customers and then proceed to be an asshole after you’re proven wrong. I ordered a simple tea and got into a yelling match over it with this man/woman cussing at me for their mistake. All that was needed was an apology and a newly made tea. If you are the manager Kenny reading this, please do something good for your company/location and fire this employee, because it’s not a good look for your team. I’ve worked in customer service for over 5 years and never have experienced or given service like this. I don’t know how they got hired in the first place, but if it was merely for diversity reasons then you can do better, there are many individuals out there who can be better employees, regardless of race, sexual orientation or gender.

Went to buy 2x $1 icecream cone on offer and was greeted by lovely Diana at the cashier and I request for chocolate sprinkle as topping and offered to pay extra then she kindly offered me chocolate sauce in a tub for free which was a lovely surprise :)

Service is a bit on the slower side but that's 100% because of the sheer amount of traffic for this location. The workers are all amazing and working so hard. I still stop here for a quick snack or drink whenever I'm at Eaton's Centre.
