McDonald's

I was at the McDonald's in Eaton Center today around 4:00 and I was shocked by the behavior of the team there. I bought 6 menus and asked for sauces for the 6 packages of fries and the waitress gave me a packet of sauce. I told her we have 6 and she told me I can only have one sauce. I asked if I could speak with the manager and the manager came over and was very rude and just told me no. I really want to understand the reasons for this refusal. I have all the evidence with me with witnesses from the scene. At the time when other Customers were entitled to it, I wasn't so I really want to understand why. Do you have to belong to a certain social or racial category to be entitled to normal service? I want to speak to a manager

very busy and chaotic at times.

Came here for breakfast the service was acceptable . I tried the new puff snack. Different but better than the donuts they use to have

I had to wait more than 7 minutes (not rush hour) for a vanilla cone and they was serving 2 Mcflurries and 1 vainilla cone but not my vanilla cone, I get tired of waiting and leave the place. Is better buy one in the Circle K.

On the ball for a weekday bagel BLT combo breakfast. The 6 kiosks were all operational, the front took cash and the service was efficient pushing out a stream of orders (but no verbal pleasantries). Very limited seating within the McDonald's area, but plenty of seating in the joint food court area which is out of the way of customers waiting for their orders. Enjoy!

30 minutes of waiting because the employee did not check the tickets when distributing the orders, and someone took mine. I had to wait for them to redo everything. Also, the nugget scoop fell on the kitchen floor. The employees hesitated to put it back in its place instead of washing it. Seeing that customers were watching them, they finally decided to put her in the back. In short, deplorable service and questionable hygiene. Move on, it's expensive for nothing

Poor breakfast burger just burned. The fish burger literally fell apart and sauce over the cardboard rather than inside the burger! Waited for 10+ minutes 😞

Generally a bit untidy and tables needing cleaned. Food was as expected in McD’s

I am in despair at the way the avocado wrap was prepared, as soon as I opened it, it fell apart, it was twisted badly. make the same packaging as in Europe. Unfortunately, I never tried this avocado wrap

My experience here was not enjoyable. Had to go up to get the right drink twice. Lunch also served without fries as well. Very frustrating.
