This is easily top 5 worst McDonald's in the city. The staff is horrible and when you call go say they got an order wrong they will hang up on you. Stay away.

Just wanted to say thanks to senior gentleman Mr. Wayne who has always smiley face and humble and patient to all customers . Especially was watching how he was servicing to people those who needed special assitance and I could see a man with a big humble heart.

Two girls are very poor service.
The people who run this place are really nice but this girl whoever she is probably losing them business, especially in this climate where costs have risen and most businesses keep customers coming back with good service.

Terrible attention to detail. Actually that's not accurate: ZERO attention to detail. This location is closest to me. I've been trying to keep a relatively healthy diet but sometimes I'm in a rush or feel like a cheat day. My orders from this location are consistently wrong to the point where I've come to expect it and hardly ever put up a fuss anymore with UberEats and/or the location. They regularly overlook my instructions, often due to food allergies and frequently paid-for modifications. This latest event that sent me running for the reviews: it was a cheat day so I ordered hotcakes. I don't keep syrup at home so I ordered extra. I received the hotcakes with NO syrup whatsoever. So my breakfast ended up in the garbage because who's going to eat plain pancakes? I called the store to complain and as always, disingenuous apologies on the phone and zero solution. I asked for them to send the syrup, to which the person said I should come pick them up (thereby defeating the entire purpose, also I was actually unable to). I've had to order from further stores on occasion in hopes of avoiding this constant annoyance; frankly they're not much better. It's just so disappointing because their food is not cheap and I've been a loyal customer. So maybe no more cheat days for me... At least not there.
