Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Ordered a happy meal with nuggets only to get home open the box and no nuggets in the box. Couldn’t go back cause of the distance. Money wasted. Will not recommend this Location as they can’t get a simple order right.

Honestly, pretty good McDonald’s but pretty funny to go at three in the morning I came one year ago and me and my friend were watching a homeless person trying to get through the window that’s at the front that looks like a drive-through window other than that I love this place that was so pretty funny so I don’t even think it’s a bad thing cause it was hilarious

Called to speak to a female manager about my order on uber eats I had forgotten on item on my order. I’ve ordered from this McDonald’s several times over the years and have on occasion forgotten an item, I’ve always been able to call and have it added and charged to my order. This evening the manager was not willing to do her job, told me it wasn’t possible and I had to cancel my order which everyone knows isn’t possible without being charged full price regardless. She said I could request a refund or cancel which wouldn’t work. What would I be getting a refund for??? The burger she won’t let me add?
I’ve had this done before and explained this to her, and she then said she hasn’t even looked at my order, which told me she wasn’t even willing to use the system to see if she could add it. I work at a restaurant, adding items to a customers order is possible and it seems as though she was just too lazy to do her job.
I had to place a second order and pay for delivery twice when she simply could have provided customer arrive which is her job.
I could understand more reasonably if it was a regular employee as they may have been weeded, however this was the manager ( or so I was told) and a manager should at the very least provide better dusty service and or know how to operate their systems.
I never eat Macdonalds I decided to have a burger with uber eats and this is what I got. It must have dropped on the ground then placed in the box. I decided to take it back in person. Standing at the counter no one acknowledged me the cashier was on her phone and it looked like a party in the back where food was prepared. Discusting will never order again.

If there were 0 stars I would vote, pay very close attention to the kitchen workers, most McDonald's branches that work in the kitchen do not wear gloves, do not cover their hair or beard, more than once I canceled an order due to what I saw, thank you McDonald's for the transparency, thank you for the open kitchen in front of the customers so that they can see and judge how dirty the place is.
On the contrary, Time Hortense and Burger King, which always use gloves and cover their heads and beards
