Restaurant has two tables and so almost no seating room. It's full with uber eats orders and only one cash register possibly the worst McDonald's restaurant in Canada. It's full avoid at all costs. Hamburgers are anything but a tiny big mac. They want to charge you for mayonnaise with McDonald's high prices. Washroom is a priority for uber and delivery driver's. It's really bad.

Overall I give this place a 5 - staff are amazing, and they have to handle a lot of BS from people, and they are pros. Food is always up to par, speed is good, and the staff really are good hard-working people.

I am writing this comment because I had the worst experience of my life at this McDonald’s. The level of dirtiness is unacceptable; an inspection is really necessary because this restaurant does not meet McDonald’s cleanliness standards. In addition, one member of the staff was extremely rude and aggressive. I don’t know his name because it is not shown on his shirt. He talks to customers as if he were at home. The staff is SO bad here. They are horrible at their jobs. I have ordered from here tons (unfortunately closest to me or I’d never go here) and they have quite literally never gotten my order correct. They never read the actual order and just make things however they feel like. They’re also super rude about it when you try to get it fixed. Which is annoying because if you hate your job so much why don’t you quit and give it to one of the other hundred of thousands of people that NEED a job and would do anything to have one. I’ve worked in food service for 10+ years and it’s not that hard at all, ESPECIALLY fast food. It might be fast paced, but definitely not hard. One thing that really bothers me too is that EVERY time I order through uber they never give me my extra PAID for sauce for my 6nugget combo. I don’t know if they think it’s free but no, it’s not. A combo already comes with one sauce, so you need to add a second sauce. That’s the smallest of problems they have, but irritating regardless. Stop ripping people off. Do better or quit your job if you can’t.

Leaving 1 star solely because of the kitchen. They mess up almost every single order it’s honestly unbelievable. Unless you check your food before leaving, something will be wrong. The kitchen clearly has zero quality control and it’s been this way for a while.
The only good thing about this location is Mr. Arun at the counter. He’s polite, attentive, and actually cares about customers. But the kitchen is a disaster and completely ruins the experience.
