Since it’s close to my home, I’ve ordered from here around 10–12 times. Not even once did the burgers or fries arrive hot. Before ordering, I specifically asked for the food to be hot and fresh, and I was told not to worry. Yet it still came cold. Right now, I have to reheat the burger patty in a pan and I had to throw the fries away. This is really unacceptable. Unfortunately, this will be my last time ordering from here. Thank you.

The date was the 2nd of January 2026. I had one too many bad meals from the Mcdonald's at Liberty village on King St. in the past... On said date, I returned with THREE bad sandwiches and asked for a refund or an exchange... The management was dismissive and refused to honor even an exchange. I had to travel all the way to the McDonald's at Bathurst and Dundas to ask another manager to give me the number to the district manager to file an official complaint. Instead, the acting manager Hezron just honored my refund despite not having been from his store. So, five stars for service for this Mcdonald's, and I will surely return to this location sooner than the Liberty Village location... Conclusion: Liberty Village MacDonald's = BAD (food and service CONSISTENTLY: I will never return) Bathurst and Dundas = GOOD. Thank you Hezron the acting manager for simplifying my day and holding up to McDonald's great customer service standards that I've always known. I will return to your location and never again to the location at Liberty Village. Your food taste's as bad as your service and it all makes sense why: The management is all around horrible (this is not my first time there.) Replace the management: They give Mcdonald's a bad name. BTW I had the receipt, the food and constructive feedback and they still ignored me!) The food is bad - it is clear to me - because the management just doesn't care. This location has permanently lost my faith.

This location is poorly managed. They’ve been consistently 10 minutes late delivering “apple pie.” The staff takes no responsibility and offers no excuses. Instead they yell at you, which is unprofessional and contrary to industry standards of hospitality.
This store is something else not in a good way. They always leave something out of your order until you get home and you just don't want to go back and deal with their BS. Manager pretend to be working but just stands their yakking. Get orders right!

This establishment appears to be subpar, doesn't it? It seems that fast food implies inadequate service. There are superior alternatives located east on King Street. I advise against visiting this location. And it seems like it’s a newer location not that old!

Worst mc Donald’s ever I ordered chicken nuggets with a small fries and I never got my small fries the manager or whomeever said they gave me extra nuggets but actually never did. And wouldn’t admit his wrong doing at all when he could’ve just asked or been nicer a was very rude and inconsiderate he was working last night August 23rd during the hours of 3-5 am.
