Worst mc Donald’s ever I ordered chicken nuggets with a small fries and I never got my small fries the manager or whomeever said they gave me extra nuggets but actually never did. And wouldn’t admit his wrong doing at all when he could’ve just asked or been nicer a was very rude and inconsiderate he was working last night August 23rd during the hours of 3-5 am.

Perfect Experience. I live in the USA. I prank called because I was bored. This dude picked up and played along. Best McDonalds ever. On a serious note, people down here have no hospitality. They just work for the money. These people work for the experience, especially this man. I didn’t get your name, but if you remember me asking about the Invincible Happy Meal, that’s me. I love you man ❤️

This particular restaurant the leaders and the trained subordinates are obstinate militant rude and polarized to favour their complaint that they have too many orders and justification for taking so long. I don’t know the standard employee size per shift but it sounds like a symptom of manager over burdening the workers to fend for themselves and take it out on the customers. No care is the result. You wait for your order? Too bad wait until line. This is not a personal issue it’s a systemic managerial issue. Too cheap to educate or give employees credit instead of chastise them which in turn the customer gets chastised. Very stupid employee hiring business model.

I stopped by the McDonald’s at 25 Joe Shuster Way (King St W, Liberty Village). It took a couple of minutes for a staff member to come up to the till, but once they did, they were friendly and attentive. I didn't have to repeat my order, which was appreciated.

However, it took a while to actually get my drink. You couldn't see them pour the coffee—it’s done behind a wall—but when they emerged, they were pleasant and accommodating. I’d asked for oat milk on the side and a cup of ice, and they delivered exactly that.

The restaurant itself could have used some tidying—the tables and garbage area were a bit messy. Still, when I was leaving and decided to ask for a cup of water, they kindly provided it without hesitation.

Overall, despite the small wait for my drink and some cleanliness issues, this was probably one of the best McDonald's experiences I've had in the last five years—thanks to the friendly staff and their willingness to get things right.

Honestly disappointed with the service at McDonald’s today. A ridiculously long wait for such a simple order, and the customer service was far from helpful. This shouldn’t be the standard. Do better, McDonald’s!
