Terrible service - the employees here are slow AF and to mask their long wait times they mark orders as completed the moment they hand over the drinks, even if the food won't be ready for several minutes (just happened to me today). They also either need retraining or new management because for some reason they don't put ketchup packets nor napkins in to-go orders like literally every other McDonald's does. Lastly: I recommend checking on your orders before you leave -- both times I've gotten food here items I paid for were missing.

Took me and my kid 25 mins waiting for an order of 4 cheese burgers (kid size) and 1 BLT. The staff here kept serving other orders which came after me. After waiting for 20mins, I approached the staff and asked about my order's status because it's ridiculously long. She told me to keep waiting. 5 mins later (so totally waiting time was 25 mins), I got my order. They said it took long time to make because I placed a big order. What? Excuse me? 4 cheese burgers and 1 BLT is a big order for them to take 25 mins to make??? Ridiculous BS! I will never waste my time to come back here again.

I decided to come today for the croc keychain as this was advertised in store. They handed me the food with some random toy and when I went back to question, they said they didn’t have the crocs still in stock. Why wouldn’t you warn customers about this before ordering or at least put “out of stock” on the display? That was the only reason why I got the happy meal. Please do better because this was super disappointing.

First of all when I came to this location I got over salted fries and a dry patty on my big Mac this is the worst location in toronto even the keele st and st Clair branch is better than this.
MANAGER REFUSED TO PROVIDE WATER Is that even legal?? I was there yesterday night and asked for 20 mcnuggets and 3 cups of water for me and 2 passengers I had. Manager told me she can only give me one small cup of water and “that’s what she’s been told” Just stupid how either this manager or McDonalds prioritize their rules and systems over being decent human beings

TERRIBLE DELIVERY EVERY SINGLE TIME. I ordered 2 meals - only 1 meal arrived and it wasn't either of the meals I ordered. when I called for a refund they told me I was "not eligible". So I basically paid $45 for no food. Absolutely ridiculous.
