I have order coffee many times but I am disappointed when they give me hot coffee because it is not hot as I got from McDonald locations and if say make another your coffee is not hot same result I found

I have been coming to this McDonald’s over 20 years. They hired new people and possibly new manager. Lately everything’s been awful. Raised prices and service is terrible. I have decided to not go back there again. Everything is either cold, un salted or not made correctly, and the pops always flat or syrup not filled. I am really disgusted. And disappointed.

If I had the option, I wouldn’t even give one star. I ordered a chicken sandwich, waited for half an hour, and then they told me I had to wait even longer because they ran out of chicken. Are you kidding me? What kind of fast food is this? Definitely do not come here.
2nd time here and not much has changed, service is spotty, you don't always get your full order right away when your number is called. Employee engagement with the public is lacking ,they don't seem to be very friendly.

I think this McDonald’s location might serve the worst iced coffee I’ve ever had. It’s so weak, I genuinely feel like I’m drinking straight-up water with a hint of regret. Absolutely no flavor, no strength!!! just pure disappointment in a cup. Definitely not coming back for this.
