They gave me a skor mcflurry when I ordered an oreo mcflurry. Their self checkout does not split bills so I waited in line to pay for an order I could have already had. And they messed up the order. The size of the mcflurries have gotten significantly smaller. At least you could have gotten it right.

I'm an Uber driver. The location you specified for delivery is useless. Because the McDonald's employees there don't listen to delivery drivers. Even though my order is ready for pickup, it still gives us very late

Slow service and mid coffee. Sept 2/25- I came here and waited like 10 mins and I was one of the only ones in here. I would’ve been alright if the coffee was good but sadly it didn’t taste too great. The store manager wasn’t too happy to serve anyone and to make it worse my order almost got lost

Went to the McDonald’s at Gerrard square because I was feeling faint and wanted French fries. I went in with my service dog. The manager ERICA asked me if she was a service dog and I said yes she’s a support and service animal. She proceeded to give me a very hard time, shaming me and trying to embarrass me. This behavior is not acceptable in any capacity and goes against the Ontario Human Rights code. To be harassed and attacked is not okay lawful or appropriate and this needs to be dealt with. I will never be going to this location ever again. SHAME ON HER!

I ordered a quarter pounder blt with an extra paddy drove all the way home and it had one patty which is upsetting because I paid extra for the other one. I was going to drive all the way back but the person who I brought it for was really hungry and just wanted to eat already. The service tonight was fast, but if you mess up the order then that doesnt matter. I truly dont mind waiting 2 more minutes if the order is right. I like this mcdonalds but Ill be checking my orders in the future before leaving.
