I ordered a quarter pounder blt with an extra paddy drove all the way home and it had one patty which is upsetting because I paid extra for the other one. I was going to drive all the way back but the person who I brought it for was really hungry and just wanted to eat already. The service tonight was fast, but if you mess up the order then that doesnt matter. I truly dont mind waiting 2 more minutes if the order is right. I like this mcdonalds but Ill be checking my orders in the future before leaving.

I had a disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location while picking up an Uber Eats order. The staff, particularly the lady handling the orders, seemed unsure about giving me the order. Despite showing the necessary details and confirming the order, I was left waiting unnecessarily as she double-checked or hesitated for no clear reason.
As a delivery driver, time is crucial, and such delays not only waste my time but also frustrate the customer waiting for their food. There needs to be better training and clarity for staff to efficiently handle delivery pickups.

Tell me why you have staff smoking literally next to the entrance. There is a bloody smoking bylaw which prohibits this. You have kids coming into the store breathing that crap.

Get coffee here every morning. Twice last week I was given a black coffee, I didn’t order a black coffee on either occasion.
This morning I was handed a coffee that leaked all over my jeans and boots. By the time I finished the ten minute walk home it was half empty.
Over 2.50 for half an XL.
I didn’t think it would be that big of a leak or I would have turned around but yeah.
Never happened to me in the 3+ years of grabbing from Tim Hortons across from this location even if the coffee was worse.
Anyways, I’m done giving them upwards of $80 a month, grabbed some coffee for home and I’m just going to make it myself.

When you're waiting over 20 minutes for a fast food order, with 4 other people there's clearly a problem.
Our breakfast order sat on the counter for nearly 10 minutes waiting for coffees... COFFEE! Come on! Coffee cups missing labels showing amount of milk, sugar in each.
Employees not productive in their work, standing around looking confused and taking sweet ass time. Too much priority given to Uber and drive-thru orders, while leaving dining patrons to drown waiting in the front.
Manager of this McDonald's clearly doesn't care about speed of orders, work environment, and training team members.
