First order, missing the toy on the happy meal. My kid got disappointed.
Few weeks later, second and the last order from here: missing 1 drink from the order.

Stuff they were not using a gloves and also there garbage was so full that I couldn’t eat my food in store

Service was slow but that’s ok I wasn’t in a rush. What isn’t okay is ordering large fries and receiving what seems to be a medium portion.
Just because I ordered for takeout does not make it okay to pull the wool over your customers’ eyes. Nice “Merry Christmas” gift. I guess the gift giving was done from me to whoever decided to have the remaining portion of my fries.

This McDonald's is overcharging
For coffee for about month now $1.45 for a medium coffee. meanwhile everywhere else it's a $1:35. When I asked about the increase I just got some lip service which I ignore and went to another location.

Tried to order by scanning my coupon. Coupon wasn’t working, tried to restart the app. Servers on Friday Nov 21st, 10:50am just telling me how the coupon works. I said yes I understand, I am ordering for it to take effect. Issue is that coupon wasn’t working or syncing with their servers. Another customer impatiently shove in to order hers and servers just ignored me after and let that happened. That felt humiliating. I proceeded to order from the app, that went through instantly…
So i opt to choose table service to avoid going up again. But no, they kept calling the number but I wasn’t aware it was mine for some time because I went on my phone at the time assuming food will just come to me. Still had to go up to see them to pick up my order.
You let a customer shove me aside, me lecture me on how the coupon works, then you don’t even follow the table service option (out of spite, perhaps?).

Everytime I come to this location they somehow manage to disappoint me everytime. Its always one item missing from my order or the food is always cold. But yesterday was the last that I can tolerate, I ordered meal of Habanero Chicken sandwich and extra bigmac sauce on the side, when I get my order I notice the bigmac sauce is not there I tell them and they said check the bag I told them I did and they let me wait there and keeps looking at me as if I hide it somewhere, then finally they gave me the sauce now when I was about to eat my sandwich the bottom bun is missing and I need to tell them again something wrong with my order at this point I was still okay but I was piss off when the employee instead of apologising said to me “because you grab the wrong bag” and I told her do you see my receipt and do you see the number on the bag is the same right? Please give some trainings for your staff. They think highly of them selves the even a small apology or rectify the concern they cannot get it right.

I went to Mc Donald's this Saturday, October 11th 2025, I had a better guest experience than many fancy places. Although, it was almost closing time (around 10pm), the server was really gentle and nice. This guy deserves a raise for sure. And it wasn't just with me. He was treating everyone in the restaurant really well.

It was such a good experience here . Especially Prabhjot was serving so good and i saw her working so hard and smiling everytime . Must visit

The sundaes always have strawberries in them here with a strawberry sundae the staff are wonderful people always so kind, tons of kids come through here so no one can expect it to be super clean 24/7 but the tables are always wiped down.

My family and I eat at McDonald's three or four times a week, at different branches, but at this branch we asked for mayonnaise and they said each sauce was 50 cents, even though all McDonald's branches give the sauce to customers for free, at 14:30 on 05/14/2025
