The sundaes always have strawberries in them here with a strawberry sundae the staff are wonderful people always so kind, tons of kids come through here so no one can expect it to be super clean 24/7 but the tables are always wiped down.

My family and I eat at McDonald's three or four times a week, at different branches, but at this branch we asked for mayonnaise and they said each sauce was 50 cents, even though all McDonald's branches give the sauce to customers for free, at 14:30 on 05/14/2025

I bought a small black coffee and a cinnamon swirl today Mar 30 at around 1704, #117. The cinnamon swirl is already expired and taste like with mold.

Terrible food. It was cold, therefore it was not fresh. Even more than that, worst service with staff having headphones on. Plain and simple 1/5 star, should be 0 if I could rate it.

I recently visited this McDonald's outlet and had a very disappointing experience. The food I ordered was far below the standard I expected from McDonald's. The fries were soggy, the burger was cold, and the overall quality felt like it had been sitting out for far too long. It was clear that the food was not fresh, which was extremely unsatisfying.
To make matters worse, the staff seemed unprofessional and disinterested. There was a lack of basic courtesy, and the service was slow despite the outlet not being particularly busy. It felt like the employees were not properly trained or motivated to provide a good customer experience.
Overall, this visit was a letdown. I hope McDonald's takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both the food quality and the professionalism of the staff at this location. I’ve had much better experiences at other McDonald's outlets, and this one definitely needs to step up its game.

Food was very cold. The service was bad. Drive thru staff don't speak and look at you like your bothering them. When I received my order she just handed it to me and did not even look at me because she was talking to her co worker. I almost dropped the food. For the very high prices you think customer service would be appropriate.

asked for a mayo sachet.... said they will charge me extra... seriously... have some self respect. and $17 for a less decent BLT burger? overpriced junk....
