Ordered a Smarties McFlurry, the young girl at the counter said they were out of Smarties mix. When I pointed out that the Smarties mix container was full, she refused to answer and just said they were out of Smarties.
When I then purchased a Sundae instead, she gave it to me overflowing and dripping over the sides. The spoon fell out of the Sundae as she slammed it on the counter and she then walked away, not offering to replace the spoon or apologizing for getting ice cream on me.
