1 star for zero accessibility. It’s 1 AM on a Saturday night and despite living right next door, I’m unable to get service. The app has 'In-Store' and 'Curbside' manually greyed out, forcing everyone into the Drive-Thru. When I walked up, I was told they 'only serve cars' and was refused service on foot. Forcing local neighbors to own/operate a vehicle just to buy a drink is a massive failure in customer service. If you’re going to close your lobby, you need to leave Curbside active or have a walk-up window. Fix your app settings.

Well for a McDonald's it's pretty much what you expect. I went through the drive thru and didn't like that after driving off I realized the fries were probably sitting there for a little bit and they put a little too much salt. Overall happy though with the food and quick service.

I've a few bad orders here, last order they blamed the app. Today morning I ordered on the app $3 cream cheese bagel + peppermint tea + breakfast sandwich. They asked that park my vehicle in waiting area and they wud bring my food to me. After nearly 10 mins, she opens the order window & yells at me to come to the window to get my food.

I ho get my food open up my cream cheese bagel and notice almost no cream cheese. I take it back to the order window, she calls the manager.

Manager apologizes , but I told her this was NOT a mistake, they purposely put almost nothing.

I Stood there waiting another 5 minutes for them to put cream cheese on a bagel. Meanwhile other customers drove by & i informed other customers to check their orders before driving off.

They manager then yells at me to stop harassing customers. Total clown employees at this location.

This location always tries to swindle customers out of food. Buyer beware.

My new bagel was sloppy, cold and purposely prepared messy.

Lots of seating options from booths, to high tables seating with stools. Easy to order through self checkout or through a cashier. Clean space. Bathrooms need a little extra attention. Lots of charging outlets throughout tables.

I am absolutely disgusted. Tonight we ordered a Kids 4-nugget happy meal for my child after a long evening at a graduation & while she was eating the fries, she accidentally ate hair before we realized there were multiple pieces of hair mixed in with the fries. She was exhausted & extremely hungry… as a result, she did not get to enjoy her meal at all and was completely turned off and disgusted.
This is beyond unacceptable, especially when it involves food served to a child!!!! This is a serious hygiene and food-safety issue. The fact that hair made it into a child’s meal shows a lack of proper cleanliness and quality control in the kitchen. We immediately had to throw the food out and lost all trust in eating from this location. We do not live close AT ALL and now this has caused a major inconvenience for us.

McDonald’s should do better!!! I hope management takes this seriously and addresses staff hygiène and food-handling standards immediately.

Very disappointed today. The cashier, Rajia, asked me to put on the veil just to give me a refill, even though my drink had spilled and I had paid $37. I just wanted a replacement drink, nothing more. Honestly, really unacceptable experience

Its McDonald's. Had to drop their rating. They screwed up my orders ̶t̶h̶r̶e̶e̶ Four times now. It's been a while. But 6 times now by 2025.

They have no gluten fee breakfasts and refuse to serve burgers before 6am - 3🌟if I could.

I ordered hot tea with honey several times from this location. I paid for the honey, but they never included it in my order — not even once. It’s very frustrating to pay for something and never receive it. Please check your order accuracy and train staff to include all paid items.
