I went to eat there since it was close to my school, but the girl that was gettinh my order didn't pay me attention at all since she put my order wrong, and when I let her know that she show a really rude attitude, doing everything like annoyed she even put what she wanted in the sauces. I would not go there again just for that.

These people are absolute clowns. I ordered a double double coffee and they told me that they ran out of sugar??!!. They just forced me to accept the coffee and gave me a couple of Splenda. How do you charge people things if there is missing ingredient? They don’t even sell chicken wraps here. Terrible!

Best McDonalds I’ve ever been to, food is consistently ready within (no joke) a minute and a half from ordering, and the food is always hot. Idk how they do it but these other reviews are wack this should be a 5 star McDonald’s😭

The lady who took my order had me wast my point and then took them and didn’t even try to fix it and I told her that I wanted them and she gave me attitude for no reason

Been going to this McDonald’s for awhile since it is so close to where I live. But honestly the service has been going down hill for awhile. In the morning 1 ice coffee with 0-1 customers ahead can at times take up to 5-10mins. But honestly today was the worst experience. Ordered 4 drinks, ice coffee being the most complicated, 15mins with the workers staring at me (no other orders at that time). Finally they asked what I was waiting for and still gave me the wrong drinks and had to correct it (ice coffee was correct but the pops were wrong). I understand wait times can happen but once everyone was served before and after me and I’m the only one left and still waited 5more mins for 2 cokes, something is wrong.

so I tend to go to this McDonald’s maybe every day or every other day before work and my lunch and one thing about me I always let the person know at the front desk. Who’s taking my order? Can I please get freshly made food? I’ll wait the 6 to 10 minutes. I have no issue waiting for freshly made food. Every time I ask her freshly made food. I make sure I watch then prepare my food. As in dropping a new fries and cooking my burger and lately this manager, who usually works from 7 AM till maybe three or four always has an issue about me getting freshly made food. He literally threatened me on Friday telling me I should not come back because I literally watched the lady at the front desk. Tell A next lady she wants freshly made food can you please drop a new one? She looked at her said OK and turned around and gave me fries that were already cooked. If I’m saying I would like to wait for 6 to 10 minutes there shouldn’t be no issue there shouldn’t be no going back and forth so now that he wants to threaten me and say I shouldn’t come back I’m going to make things miserable. You don’t own the McDonald’s you’re just a manager and if you want me to get disrespectful I can but I’m writing a review and I’m also calling corporate and I’ll be calling McDonald’s head office to see what they have to say because one thing you’re not going to do is play with my time or my respect try someone else or try yourself. If you can’t give a customer what they want you shouldn’t be working here, especially at a fast food pace you’re not paying for the freshly made food it’s not coming out of your pocket. It’s not coming out of your paycheck

Had a frustrating experience this morning. I placed and paid for an online order, but they claimed they never received it. One employee was extremely disrespectful and made me feel like I was at fault. Thankfully, the manager handled it well, but staff clearly need better customer service training.

My accomplice matthew has not only been swindled due to a lack of grimace, he has been cursed with the absence of an exclusive limited collectible associated with the adult minecraft movie deal. The void of his box represents the void in his heart. this location has made me lose a friend, instead, he became a shell of himself. 17 dollars down the drain, like his hope in pulling grimace.
