I ordered 2 chicken mcgriddles and a large ice coffee. Simple right?
2 workers go to work on it. I get 2 large ice coffees. I tell them it's wrong. The supervisor comes in to refund and repurchase my order. I get 1 large ice coffee, 1 sausage egg sandwich, and 1 chicken mcmuffin. I say it's wrong. I get 1 large ice coffee, 2 chicken mcmuffins. I give up and accept my wrong order.
Literally 3 workers and a supervisor collaborated to get an order wrong 3 times. I'm not sure if I'm mad or just amusingly shocked.

The manager I didn’t see his name was a black guy so grinch charging one habanero sauce denied another people asking ketchup I never see someone so miserable mmm.. in Macdonald like this guy , 53 cents charge me for dare myself asking a second bag .. of ketchup
Kid-friendliness: There was kids in front this guy manager terrible … what nefastos service giving Macdonald here they going bankrupt for 50 cents of a ketchup

I just wanted applaud the staff here, there was an incredibly rude guy there this morning and the manager and staff handled it really well, I'm so sorry that they had to experience that, but they were quick and kind with everyone else, so I def recommend!

Very disappointed. We just had our breakfast (having it right now)… The pancake was served cooked but cold like just coming from the fridge. Thats the worse. Aside from being served without the butter. We waited longer for it, but just getting this kind of service. Very disappointed that we got the impression that they are serving what they have cooked last night. We are the 3rd customers for the day. Very bad service!!!!!! It will ruin the reputation of McDonalds.
Give me the wrong thing two times continuously. I ordered with add bacon but they didn’t give me that. They also mess up crispy chicken and grilled chicken.
