Very bad MacDonalds! More than 2 weeks and no cappuccino or latte! I wanted to buy apple pie and had to wait more than 25 minutes. The employees were a bit lost. I don’t recommend.

I can’t believe how small the cone I got was. It’s the tiniest cone I’ve ever seen in my life! For the price, I expected something more substantial. It felt like I paid for a sample instead of a proper dessert. Definitely not worth it this time—do better, McDonald’s!

RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL Manager. Refused to give her name. If this was a mystery shop you guys would fail and the customer service? From a manager? Where is the professionalism and customer service here? She's supposed to deescalate the situation but she failed to. Instead she was yelling at me and insulating me. I have every right to be upset. What happened was I was picking up an order and I was standing there waiting and this manager she refused to give her name just ignored me and walked away and also a Filipina Lady also. I was standing there for a good 10 min and none of them said hello or asked what I was saying for but walked away and the order was ready waiting. No one said anything. That manager she was rude didn't even apologize and gave attitude and she was insulting me. Is this how I should be treated at a McDonald's restaurant by a manager of McDonald's? This is discrimination and I will be getting legal advice here from a lawyer on how to proceed and I won't ever go back to this location ever again. I am an upset customer here. I know there are cameras so you know what had occurred. I did nothing but was standing there waiting for an order and no one said anything and the order was ready standing there getting cold. Not even an apology by the manager but she was rude and unprofessional. my visit today and my experience because this isn't right at all how I was treated and how this manager was acting.
I don't want this to happen again or to any other customer because this isn't right. I won't be retuning at this location anymore although it's sad I am a regular customer and been going here for years and grew up in the area. You guys lost a customer.
