I visited this McDonald’s today and unfortunately had a very negative experience with the manager. The manager’s attitude was rude and unprofessional when I asked a simple question. This level of customer service is unacceptable for a well-known brand like McDonald’s. I hope management takes this feedback seriously.

19 December clock 8.48 am This morning, I had an unfortunate interaction with a supervisor at this restaurant. When I asked a simple question, I was met with a harsh, rude, and disrespectful attitude. I do not believe this kind of behavior is acceptable in customer service.
I am writing this review not because of the food or the place itself, but due to the staff’s behavior. Especially for someone in a supervisory role, I believe a more professional and calm approach toward customers is essential. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the situation accordingly.

One of the worst Mcdonald's with the worst staff. Not all of them specifically the Guy called Andy, who identifies himself as the manager. He throws down the remaining changing, talks rude, behaves, slams doors and chairs like a mad bismuth. This is not something I expect from the Mcdonald's team. Utterly disappointing!

McDonald's nestled between trendy and hipster St. Clair Avenue West and Christie has been home to many mouth watering dishes for years.
What I really like about this location is that it brings a lot of the community members together families and professionals and business people. All walks of life come together at this location and it feels like a family oriented place.
Excellent customer service and of course you know the regular menu that's always the staple and always a favorite amongst us.
The new menu is amazing!
Chicken wraps are phenomenal whether it's the grilled chicken or Krispy chicken you cant go wrong.
Also the new ice cream flurry is amazing.
And you definitely have to try the mouth watery chicken teriyaki its awesome!
So if you're in the mood for something really good and fast just head on out to McDonald's any time of the day your taste buds will thank you!

I went there on August 04, 2025 at exactly 2:00am, the girl that handed me the order was very rude, first of all, they took ages to finish my order while there was no line at all, i forgot to get my drinks and she said “You don’t want your drinks?” in an attitude tone, like you’re taking your minimum wage job way too seriously.
I really wanted to have a good experience at this McDonald’s, and to be fair, the staff and atmosphere were excellent — definitely 4 stars. The place was clean, well-kept, and the employees were friendly and professional. You could tell they took pride in their work, and that made a big difference walking in.
Unfortunately, the food was a serious problem. I had a burger and fries, and within about 30 minutes, I started feeling really sick. I had to rush to the bathroom, and to their credit, one of the staff actually came to check on me to make sure I was okay. That level of care was unexpected and very much appreciated — they even offered water and made sure I didn’t need medical help.
Still, getting sick after a meal is no small issue, and it’s something that really affects the overall experience. I respect the staff for how they handled it, but I hope management takes a close look at food quality and safety. Great service can only go so far if the food isn’t safe to eat.

Ordered a burger from here on uber eats and the ketchup was genuinely strawberry jam. It make the whole burger taste sweet, it was a pinkish red colour -my whole family agreed it was jam. not sure if one of the workers was trying to play a joke but this could have been seriously dangerous had the person ordering been allergic to strawberries

Only McDonald’s to implement a stupid text function to pick your order up. Women that handled the order were completely incompetent and it explains why they are 30 working at a McDonald’s… corporate help is needed … as a former McDonald’s manager this is absolute ridiculous
