The oil they cook the fries in is always dirty at this place, making the fries not taste like regular Mcdonald fries. They never give you enough ketchup even if you ask more then once, and I always have to check the bag and taste the food before I leave to make sure they put the right stuff and it doesn't taste gross. Been served unfresh and cold fries more then a few times aswell, like you literally have to either taste or touch the food before you leave or youll get home and find your food is cold not fresh and taste nasty. I drive, and I know it's a pain in the butt to have to drive back to the mcdonalds in my car after getting home and finding the food nasty... imagine people who have to take the bus and just literally just eat the food and service they got, like how they treat people and make their food just okay. Get it together, mcdonalds. Also, your ketchup I free. If my order consists of only 3 orders of large fries, I'm obviously going to need ketchup to go with that... especially considering it's for a bunch of kids usually. (Most kids love ketchup)

I’m disappointed to see that it’s closed or maybe they will be doing Reno’s? I went there once and the young guy that served me was great. I was hoping to go back since I come for monthly appointments in this area. Whoever that young guy was thanks for your great service that day. ?

Horrible experience! I ordered a Jr chicken combo, the lady said they’re out of Medium boxes for fries would I like to order large, I said would it be a extra charge, she said yes. I continued going back and forth with her, saying it should be complimentary with no extra cost. She said they will give me large fries at the next window… The lady also punched in my order as a Jr chicken and drink so I had to go back and forth with the ladies at the second window. Every combo comes with standard M size fries, so if a customer is complaining about it being a extra cost staff should be more reasonable. Management should make sure that stock is ordered at a appropriate time.. Manager was also not helpful, she didn’t appear to give any consideration. She walked away and had another staff give me the large fries that should of been complimentary in the first place. Regional or district manager should definitely pay a visit because if the restaurant doesn’t even have standard M fries boxes, there are some poor management decisions taking place. I also wish I got the staff members names.

Had a 15 min wait at drive thru, only 2 staff, told to pay at 2nd window but then had to back up to pay at 1st. Food was stale and dried out. 2 cars in front left without picking up, staff insisted I had to take their order. Because of the confusion my order sat while they looked around the kitchen. Not up to standard. Tried to complete survey but app says store not valid. That’s an understatement.
