The night manager with glasses is the rudest person has no people skills, is extremely cheap with the food , gives you one small pump of gravy on your poutine. Does not know how to provide customer service, rather argue with customers then provide them friendly and helpful service. When you ask her for something be ready for her to treat you with a nasty attitude and tell you where to go. I feel bad for the employees here too, they don’t seem to be enjoying their job when she’s in.

This is the worst Mcdonald's I've been in. The people who work here are extremely rude, especially the girl named MARJORIE. The place wasn't even busy and she just ignores all customers while pretending to be busy. She is very disrespectful and has a very bad attitude when you talk to her. She clearly hates her job and punishes all the customers for her unhappiness. Stay away from this Mcdonald's branch, and avoid this angry girl in particular.

All I wanted was a half-decent cup of coffee. The swill I got could not be saved by adding more milk or sugar to it, it was undrinkable.
Never going there again, you shouldn’t either!

Everthing is in the worst condition other than the food. None of the people working here cares about cleanliness and store hygine. I personally asked 2 of their crews to replace / refill the sauce diapenser, which was not functional. They checked the dispenser, and none of them responded.

Sunday afternoon (3 pm) is a busy time for sure. But, that doesn’t let you have an excuse for such a filthy restaurant.

Go to this location if you want to get your oder wrong everytime. The simplest oder they manage to get wrong. If you want a surprise evrrytime, this is the place to go. You shouldn't have to check your order to see if it's right. They always forget something.

This drive thru lady cashier today may 13 around 4:30pm on this mcdonalds location. We just dont get her name because we order it via mobile. And we straight ahead and shes on the 2nd window. This Cashier everytime shes the one either on 1st or 2nd window. She is not approachable and kinda rude! 1st time we encounter is on different day is we said we order via mobile and paid it already. But she keeps asking for payment even its paid already. The second one we encounter her is today May 13 2025 our food is not ready yet and she tell us to park first. She didnt say where so we stay on the window but then when she saw us there still. Her voice is super rude. She told us to park but she didnt said where and we told that. And she answer it doesnt matter. And her face and voice is unacceptable and rude! Kinda dissapointing. Thats not all. Its just two of our bad encounter with her and theres more bad encounter! Because thats our go to drive thru. If she cant handle the pressure. Please dont let her stay on drive thru!

We’ve been quietly studying here for weeks — always ordering, never disturbing anyone and keep the place clean. Today, after just 2 hours, the manager (lady) told us “I hope you are not here for the whole day.”

It felt rude and unnecessary.As loyal customers who have always been respectful of the space, we left feeling embarrassed. We hope management reconsiders how they approach regulars. A little kindness goes a long way.

I’ve always enjoyed coming to this McDonald’s to study — it’s been a comfortable and familiar spot for me. However, my recent visit left me feeling quite disappointed and disrespected. Around 2:30 PM, while my friend and I were quietly sitting and minding our own business, a staff member approached us and said, “I hope you’re not here for the whole day.”

This comment felt unnecessarily rude and uncalled for — especially considering we had just arrived and were not disturbing anyone. To make things worse, she also criticized the way I was sitting and asked me to “sit properly,” which was not only inappropriate but also very uncomfortable and embarrassing.

As regular, respectful customers, we didn’t expect to be spoken to this way. The interaction felt judgmental and left a very negative impression. I hope the staff can be reminded that politeness and basic respect go a long way in maintaining a welcoming environment.
