Great service from front line staff & managers, friendly & take pride in business despite difficult location due to high numbers of homeless, addicts, mental illness stopping in, sometimes rude & disruptive, sometimes just need place to rest. Staff & management always respectful and create warm environment

Came here to get a cup of coffee after going to the hospital. There was a shouting match in between other clients which had been squatting/sleeping in in the restaurants since open (2+hours). The employees had shut the bathroom and asked them to leave multiple times while I waited for my coffee.

4 years of ordering from this location almost every Friday.
I'd say about 50% of the time the food was either incorrect, cold, stale or a combination of all three.
You input ingredient requests on the app? Ignored.
You wanted a basic latte at 2pm? Machine is being cleaned for 30-mins.
You want ANY type of ice cream? Machine is broken.
This location is the apitomy of everything wrong with the McDonalds brand in the modern era.
Go to Wendy's down the road.

The food quality ridiculous. First I order French vanilla but when I went to pick it up, there was an excuse of machine shortages or might be not working, then asked me to pick later within half an hour. Afterwards when I arrived again they dint put any sugar. The drink was awful. Please always check updated reviews for this location as I’m tired of it. This isn’t first time, already happened many times ✖️

I could remember which frap I get as my bf orders most the time.I said it was kinda beige and has caffeine and I think it tasted like coffee but not as offensive. The cashier said she wasn't sure so I bought one of each for $5 each. When she gave the to me the original frap it was correct. The vanilla frap (if you can call it that) was not at all what I described. It was white and tasted like marshmallow vanilla horridness. So I paid over $12 because the agent didn't listen to what I was asking for or she just didn't care. Vanilla frap is death. Worst tast ever!

Asked for a Vanilla Iced Latte/coffee, lady said they didn’t sell that…I asked “do you only sell hot coffee?” She said “no we sell iced coffee” so I asked for a “normal” iced coffee(expecting like a cold brew since she doesn’t sell “lattes”)….she gives me a latte. !?????? Got what I wanted but the interaction was weird and it’s like she wanted to contradict me just because.
