I visited your location recently and was quite disappointed with the service experience. Despite several staff members being present, not a single one was attending the cash counters or acknowledging guests. There was a noticeable lack of eye contact or basic courtesy. I had to wait nearly 10 minutes just to pick up an order that was already prepared, all while my car was parked on a busy street.
As a delivery partner, I kindly request you to be more mindful and considerate toward those who are simply trying to do their jobs efficiently. A little attentiveness and respect can go a long way.

Sherry and Marco need to have a serious conversation with the male manager on duty today august 6th 2025 at 6pm. I came in ordered 2 cones and 2 quarter blts I asked for one only bacon ketchup and cheese I repeated myself 3 times. We pay np I check receipt there's no specifications for only bacon ketchup and cheese and hes changed one of the burgers to a quarter cheese add bacon which is an extra 55 cents comparatively to the 7.99 blt. I as a customer have the right to order a blt and get the l and the T removed its up to me not up to him to change my order and ignore my request for only bacon ketchup and cheese. I told him this he said no thats what u ordered which I definitely did not im a picky eater and I would never order with those toppings I was very clear to him. He offered me no solution until I said I would be having a conversation with shraddah Marco and Sherry. Extremely disappointing that this guy thinks he can act this way with customers

Worst location and service ever. Two drivers kept waiting then declined to carry out my order as the restaurant was reluctant to not get the order ready in time. The support system is also so trash. They just did nothing to help fix the issue instead just said sorry for the situation. Absolutely garbage.
The service and staff needs to be changed or fixed.
Worst Macdonalds experience ever. They should shut down this location.
This location prices higher than the other one . I ordered the same happy meal for my son this one is $6.13 +Tax; 25 Joe shuster Way / 1100 king st W is $5.59+atax . I don’t understand why ! smelly 、dirty and disordered、 dusky and Poor service charge you more ?

There is real health and safety issues today july 20 2025 my wife and me went to pickup uber eats up the order some food fall down manager the small Indian lady pick from the bottom instead of putting in garbage bin they just pack it Do not go there thats disgusting if ur owner contact us and ur manager behaviour is also very rude she do not listen anything however we pay for food such a shame
