Food quality is terrible compared to other locations. Staff is unaware and service is slow. All of my recent orders have had food quality issues or missing items that don’t get resolved. Leave this location alone…

Will not be returning. Getting takeout ,there is always a problem . Ordered quarter pounder with no Lettuce, get home and the thing is covered in Lettuce. And there is a sticker on the box that says no Lettuce. Ordered nuggets with sweet and sour sauce, got home, no sauce. Paid for a side order of BIG mac sauce, and they forgot that too. Last time they forgot one of my burgers entirely. Management should take notice before they lose more customers.

Gave an order two hours ago and by the time it arrived, it was so late that I couldn’t meet the driver outside and the food just stayed outside for hours. Very disappointed with the service.

Damn the food was cold and the coffee was Luke warm when i got from door dash. Looks like i will be having it for tomorrow's lunch instead and I could reheat the coffee before I head out the door. I ended up having ramen noodles for dinner and less work in making tomorrow's lunch

Management just doesn't care here. Grumpy and rude employees. If you confront their rude behavior you get yelled at. Especially in the delivery area. Management treats their customers like thieves in the delivery area. Consistently slow and lazy employees. Go elsewhere!

This is the only McDonald’s I enjoyed being at in Canada. I accidentally saw it when I was in the neighborhood, I was astonished seeing how clear the space was and how many people were peacefully having conversations at the table, enjoying their morning. They brought me my order to my table and even took the tray away. The people working at the counter were the older age and seemed very professional. Each person from the staff was smiling and very polite. I don’t know what’s with this particular McDonald’s, but I was really impressed
