Terrible service. Manager Carina screams at staff and seems to be the cause of confusion and stress among the staff. The quality of food is really bad. Tacky. Someone should check their hygiene standards.

I placed an order at exactly 4:30 PM using the tablet located in the store. I waited 15 minutes and my order still hadn't been prepared. I argued with them and it arrived 18 minutes later. They are incredibly slow and have terrible service. Even ordering two burgers can't be this difficult. This is a fast food restaurant. If I went to a restaurant, my food would have been ready in 20 minutes. And the staff are more than happy to ignore the delays. Every time I've been to this restaurant before, I've always waited way too long and it's always incredibly slow. And even when it's not crowded, it's always slow.

McDonald’s in Scarborough Town Centre is one of the busiest locations I’ve ever seen! It’s a smaller McDonald’s with four kiosks and two counters, and there’s almost always a line. Despite the rush, the staff handle the crowd impressively well. There have been a few mix-ups with orders in the past, but that’s understandable given how busy it gets. Overall, they’re doing a solid job keeping things running smoothly every day.

Best McDonald’s Location in all of Toronto! McDonald’s Scarborough Town Centre is also the Most Organized McDonald’s in the City of Toronto! There are Line Belt Barriers separating the Line from the Pick-Up Order Section. The Employees are professional and fast. The Coffee is always fresh. The Burgers are always fresh, while prepared and served the right way. All McDonald’s Locations in Toronto and the GTA should take notes from McDonald’s Scarborough Town Centre! Nicely done! The only thing that you guys need to work on is to Stir and Mix the Coffees! Every time I order Coffee from you guys, my Coffee is both not stirred and mixed! I need to ask the Employees for a Wooden Spoon every time, in order to stir and mix my Coffee myself! I’m also paying for service too you know!

Kevin’s customer service is absolutely top-notch — he went above and beyond to help me, and thanks to him, I was able to finally complete my whole BTS TinyTan set! He is incredibly kind, patient, and truly cares about making sure customers leave happy. All the staff here are also super, super nice and welcoming. Highly recommend this place and the wonderful people who work here! ❤️
