Ordered at this branch on February 8 around 5:50 PM. I ordered a Happy Meal with nuggets and a nuggets meal combo. When I got home, both orders were missing the nuggets entirely—only the sauces were included.
I called the store around 6:40 PM. The staff member who answered was rude, claimed she couldn’t hear me, and then hung up. I called back again, but no one answered.
Completely unacceptable service. Missing the main items and then refusing to handle the issue properly shows a lack of professionalism. Management needs to address this.

I placed an order at exactly 4:30 PM using the tablet located in the store. I waited 15 minutes and my order still hadn't been prepared. I argued with them and it arrived 18 minutes later. They are incredibly slow and have terrible service. Even ordering two burgers can't be this difficult. This is a fast food restaurant. If I went to a restaurant, my food would have been ready in 20 minutes. And the staff are more than happy to ignore the delays. Every time I've been to this restaurant before, I've always waited way too long and it's always incredibly slow. And even when it's not crowded, it's always slow.

McDonald’s in Scarborough Town Centre is one of the busiest locations I’ve ever seen! It’s a smaller McDonald’s with four kiosks and two counters, and there’s almost always a line. Despite the rush, the staff handle the crowd impressively well. There have been a few mix-ups with orders in the past, but that’s understandable given how busy it gets. Overall, they’re doing a solid job keeping things running smoothly every day.
