When I received my iced coffee, I noticed hair present both inside the drink and on the exterior of the cup. This was deeply concerning from a hygiene and health perspective.
I brought this to the attention of the store staff and manager, but they did not take the matter seriously. I was given a replacement, but there was no acknowledgment or accountability for the unsanitary conditions. The handling of the issue was dismissive and unprofessional

Tastes like home! May 6/25- my triumphant return to this mall is great with a coffee here! I solo adventured here but still fun but I’d much rather go with friends. I had to get some dress pants for a wedding and this place is great for luxury while not too pricy!

On Sunday Nov.24 2024 the employee of McDonald ai Scarborough town center suite 4 charged me 10 cents for cup of cold water she said the owner now charging 10 cents for the cup today on 12 04 2024 charged 20 cents for the same cup of water I need to take my medication so I pay 20 cents . There caucus is this franchise can the franchisee charge what does he like.
This is not right as McDonald corporation it self customers feel you are greedy and try to get richer more and more.
