Close to the hospital. Entrance and exit both were easy.

I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location, especially during the overnight shift. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional, and their attitude toward customers was unacceptable.
There was a clear lack of respect, patience, and basic customer service. It felt like they didn’t care at all about providing a good experience.
I understand that overnight shifts can be challenging, but that does not justify being disrespectful to customers. This location seriously needs to improve staff behavior and customer service standards.

Just shut down. You are the most incompetent and least accountable establishment ever. Customers PAY for food you keep on missing in each and every order. Never a manager that actually answers or handles these repetitive issues. Shame on you.

How about hiring people that know how to read off of a screen and check for accuracy?
Two out of two consecutive orders wrong with two entire missing items.
Makes me laugh to remember that for a short period of time they were adding a “double checked for accuracy” sticker but then they had to give up cause they were probably forgetting that too 😂
Now you have to beg them for ketchup and napkins.

Double charged me and wouldn't dispute it. They gaslit me into paying twice and I had to dispute it with my bank. Not too mention they never get your order right. Never going back tbh.
Unfortunately, the fries tasted like they were cooked in rancid, overused oil, which made them unpleasant to eat. I was also served an apple pie that was past its expiration date. On top of that, the restaurant was visibly dirty and did not feel welcoming.

I have to make a complaint for poor service at 2:30 am December 7th. I was completely ignored by the staff after my food took over 13 minutes. They were handing food to the drive through instantly and ignoring me leaving my food out. I told the girl I was going to leave a one star review as well it’s a shame they didn’t comp for their poor service times. She bumped my receipt of their pos system so the time doesn’t look long on their end but it’s a lie. I have proof with the receipts. Even when I asked for the refund my food was not ready.

Really horrible customer service, I don’t know what kind of training they give their employees. Went through the drive through and they messed up my order, unfortunately didn’t realize till I got home. I drove all the way back to let them know and the person working at the counter looked at me like I was scamming them or something!? He replaced my incorrect item and just slammed it down on the counter with no words. I asked him “wow so not even an apology” and he just gave me a dirty look and went into the back without saying anything. Really sad how bad customer service has become.

I usually don’t write reviews, but my recent experiences at this McDonald’s have been consistently disappointing, mainly because of Amy. She comes across as completely incompetent in her role, with little to no sense of customer care. Her poor attitude and lack of professionalism make the experience frustrating, and it’s easy to see why customers are irritated. Instead of helping, she often seems bothered by simple requests, which only adds to the dissatisfaction. For a brand that thrives on quick service and friendly interactions, this is unacceptable. Management seriously needs to address this issue, because customers shouldn’t have to deal with such poor service.

Staff did not provide very good service, both the attitude towards customers and the time it took.
The parking lot is kind of small and with the drive thru being surrounded by the L-shaped parking, when drive thru asks customers to wait in front at spots 1 & 2, the vehicles behind does not have much space to move.
