My issue is that my order is never accurate. I get food to go on my lunch break and by the time I get back and realize it’s wrong I can’t go back and complain. I ask for no onions and always get onions no matter how many times I request no onions. Today I realize there were onions because I wasn’t even given the right sandwich, and someone else’s McDouble went into my bag. I have also wait 15 minutes before for a value meal to come out of the kitchen and 10 minutes for a coffee while dining in. Better off supporting Brother’s Piza and Wings down the street.

ZERO stars, solely to manager Adrian via the franchise owner. This is the ONLY location that REFUSES to exchange a duplicate toy out of at least 14 other locations that I've been to (and exchanged the toy) over the past 30yrs. Mcdonald's being the largest fast food restaurant in the world, earning billions, contributing to children's charities, Mcdonald's House etc, according to head office -they allow this practice!, which is absolutely disgusting. They obviously don't care about children. They wouldn't even let me purchase just the toy unless I bought happy meal, which we didn't want, i bought other items instead. Shame on you. !! You need to do better.

We went there because my wife loves the fries. The fries were undercooked and dripping oil. The burgers were stiff, dry and overcooked.
Although the staff were polite and friendly, and the service was quick and efficient, they are blatantly rejecting the established food preparation protocols, which is scary and dangerous in the food industry.
Due to the lackadaisical attitude towards the preparation of our food, I will never spend another dollar of my hard earned money at this location ever again.
Another customer lost.
Parking: Garbages overflowing. Garbage blowing all over the parking lot.

I came in and told the girl at the counter I was eating in. I ordered a medium coffee double cream. I asked for a breakfast sandwich and a cookie! The bun was burnt the coffee had double milk. I complained because they never ask if you are staying and I don't eat burnt offerings. My coffee was finally fixed. I sit here p.o.ed typing this. Then I hope to eat. Wake up McDonald's!
