It's okay for coffee but don't eat. Restaurant is dirty bathrooms need a renovation and a good cleaning they smell of urine and feces. Flies are everywhere. Staff is hit and miss. Seating area is small.

I ordered a chicken wrap, when i opened it, it was cold. They didn't warm it, they just put the ingredients together and gave it to me. I asked them to warm the wrap they discarded that wrap and made another one, which was cold again. Ended up leaving the place because it just idiocy to ask again for the same thing. Also the table were dirty and there were so many flies.

Went to buy a drink through the drive thru was short 10cents yes 10cents . Can you believe the girl pulls out the debit machine for a lousy 10cents . We take our kids to this location many times . But not no more .I guess McDonald's will go broke over the 10cents I can imagine how many customers they do this to. Its such a slap in the face to the customers. Well remember the worse complaint is the one you never hear .This is a very good way to lose customers. At least burger king or harveys dont do this crap. Thanks McDonald's. I see how much they value their customers
Holiday Monday 10:15 am. The. Lady with glasses serving food has an incredibly bad attitude taking away the atmosphere of the restaurant. Shouting out order numbers like they're ready then getting angry because the beverages aren't there. Here's an idea manager.... First that woman is in the wrong position and second don't call orders until the beverages are ready. Her attitude was so abhorrent I almost asked for a refund.

Very disappointing experience at this place. I left a note in my mobile order asking for two bags, but they didn’t give me even one. I also wrote “no toy,” yet they still included it, which is a waste of resources. On top of that, the meal was missing a small fries, and I only noticed after opening the bag. When I told the staff, she gave me an unfriendly look, took away my meal to fix it, and didn’t even bother to say sorry. Truly poor service attitude.

Between the bitter burnt tasting poutine, the soda water with a hint of sprite, and them forgetting to put a fork/spork in the bag this really shows that not all Mc Donald’s are the same. Save yourself the trouble and wait a km until you hit the next one

Where do I start. There's 6 or 7 people on staff at 11 PM and a manager is on site. Some XL bald-headed woman. Now tell me why it takes so many people to handle a drive-thru yet the front lines are barren with 1 or 2 people. Instead of doing anything she just waddled around probably snacking on scraps, baldy was barking orders at the staff who are slow enough already to do the one thing they do, to do something completely random that she could do but instead chooses to take up space and occasionally call out an order. I wanted a McFlurry, that is all, and it took me almost 15 minutes to get it. Yet people who arrived afterwards were receiving their whole orders, ice-cream, happy meals, etc., and the staff member who eventually did help seemed confused on how it wasn't sent out or something. Therefore terrible arrangements and coordination between staff members and customers as well, also due to the manager, CLEARLY. The place is covered in flies, incredibly slow, muggy, humid, and the one thing I ordered took forever and wasn't even stirred. like at all. Do not go to this one. Go to the one on 2 INGRAM DRIVE, INCREDIBLE staff and MUCH better service and atmosphere than this place.
