Was in the drive thru and the kid at the window kept saying my code was invalid, so when I got to the window I asked dhim of he could just scan it, he said no. I wasn't very happy because I was trying to redeem points for food, and the kid was just in a hurry and had very poor customer service skills

I had a really disappointing experience here. When I returned my order because it wasn’t made the way I had asked, the manager was extremely rude. She took the food and literally threw it into the trash bin aggressively, which was completely uncalled for. The kitchen employee who had to remake the order kept making snide comments like, “It’s fresh from the farm?” — as if I was being unreasonable for wanting what I actually ordered. The attitude from both the manager and the employee was unprofessional and disrespectful. Definitely not the kind of customer service anyone should expect.

It's okay for coffee but don't eat. Restaurant is dirty bathrooms need a renovation and a good cleaning they smell of urine and feces. Flies are everywhere. Staff is hit and miss. Seating area is small.

I ordered a chicken wrap, when i opened it, it was cold. They didn't warm it, they just put the ingredients together and gave it to me. I asked them to warm the wrap they discarded that wrap and made another one, which was cold again. Ended up leaving the place because it just idiocy to ask again for the same thing. Also the table were dirty and there were so many flies.
