I had a really frustrating experience at McDonald’s on December 15th. I wanted to order a vanilla cone in a cup, but the I couldn’t do it on kiosk machine I ordered a sundae fudge without the fudge and then asked if I could get an empty cone as well.
While I was trying to explain this to one of the employees at the counter, a Black girl named Ashany I believe that was her name came out of nowhere and She made the girl at the counter stop talking while I was trying to explain started being extremely rude to me. She didn’t even let me explain what happened with the kiosk and kept cutting me off, saying, This is what you ordered. This is what you’ll get. Her tone was harsh and disrespectful, and she made me feel like I was wrong for even asking.
The thing is, the price for a vanilla cone in a cup is the same, so it wasn’t like I was asking for something unreasonable. I just wanted a simple fix for an issue the kiosk wouldn’t allow me to solve. Instead, I was met with rude behavior and poor customer service overall this was a terrible experience. The staff needs better training in customer service, and I won’t be coming back.

There’s a reason these guys have 3 stars. Very dirty, very rude staff, including managers. He claimed I’m using someone’s account to pick up the order, saying I am breaking the law. Can you believe a manager is accusing innocent clients? Pretty sad.

My friends and I were craving for the ice cream and Sundae, we drove 20 minutes just to go to this McDonalds. After we placed the order, they told us their ice cream machine wasn’t working and asked us if we want to wait 30 min. We said yes, but then they told me they probably won’t be able to fix in 30 min. So we asked to change to chicken Nuggets. THEY TASTED SO BAD. It wasn’t fresh and not crispy at all. The drinks were also bad, there were black stains in the drink 🤮. AND, the staff at rolled her eyes at me when I said I want some Chicken Nugget sauce……. (THEY SAID THEY DONT HAVE THE SWEET SOUR SAUCE) ong seriously, they don’t have anything…..

When I first came to order inside the restaurant, there’s no one at the cashier area. I waited for a minute or two and I could see that there are three of them at the drive-through and one at the kitchen and so I raised my voice and said is anyone working cash. I had to say it twice before someone came down. Then they gladly took my order.

So I was asking another cashier while I was waiting for my food here at McDonald’s how the peach pie was made if it was baked it was this young girl (Maria), and she just looked at me just stared at me and when she said it’s done the same way as the apple pie. So I asked her so it’s baked and she just ignored me. I had to repeat myself againand she goes I don’t know. And I said her you just said it’s the same as apple pie in the apple pie is baked is it not and she goes? I don’t know but it’s done the same way. Cashier does not know how the pies are made even if they work on cash.

So I told her outright you’re not nice and she looked at me and I said you didn’t answer my question properly. I told her that you’re not even acknowledging me ; she just mumble something off.

These are the reasons why I now eat fast food at Wendy’s because their customer service is top-notch. Most locations have horrible customer service like this. I Uber a lot so I eat a lot because I don’t have time to make food at home. I used to eat at McDonald’s a lot for lunch and dinner until I just got sick and tired of this awful CUSTOMER SERVICE. This was totally pathetic SERVICE.

Around 9:15am October 8th 2024 As I was placing my order I kept getting rushed by the lady on the intercom. She got my orders wrong. She laughed when I corrected her, made me feel like I was the issue but if you stop rushing your customers from ordering, you will get the orders right. Absolutely the worst customer service skills I’ve ever experienced. did not get one order right!

Was here for a brief visit in September 2024. It's a busy place, not super spacious, but has lots of windows, which makes for a beautiful atmosphere. No issues with the service.

Before Covid, everything was pretty good. The customer service was excellent however, after covid since there are now a lot of new employees, most of them don’t know what to do at all especially when you order from drive thru. When you order for a Junior Chicken, half the time they forget the condiments for the burger inside.

Not only that, you have to be specific while ordering a Happy Meal. Can you believe it? A simple order like a Happy meal with toy, they will not understand and give you attitude saying “oh well the happy meal always comes with a toy” yet give you a book. My son has been really disappointed with the outcome of his happy meal.
