McEwan catered our wedding and they were absolutely incredible. The food was outstanding - we had multiple different food stations and everything was beautifully presented, fresh, and delicious. Mario, Anne, and the entire planning team were unbelievable to work with - so thoughtful, responsive, and on top of every detail. The bartenders, servers, and chefs went above and beyond, making the whole night feel seamless. We felt completely taken care of and didn't have to worry about a thing - can’t recommend McEwan enough!

Frank greets me with a warm, genuine smile every time, and his service is nothing short of outstanding. He takes great pride in his work, carefully selecting the best cuts of meat with precision and care. I always feel looked after, respected, and appreciated as a customer. His friendly demeanor, professionalism, and deep knowledge of his craft make every interaction a pleasure.

Frank is not just a butcher—he’s the heart of the store. His presence adds a layer of warmth and humanity to the shopping experience that you simply don’t find everywhere.

I was a guest at a Summer Kick-Off Party, and the McEwan Food Truck was a total hit! Warren and Felipe were fantastic—not only was the food absolutely delicious, but their great sense of humour and upbeat energy added so much fun to the evening.

The arancini and mac & cheese bites were a standout—crispy, cheesy, and full of flavour. If you’re hosting an event, I highly recommend the McEwan Food Truck, and be sure to request Warren and Felipe. They helped make the night unforgettable!

I can’t say enough good things about Nick in the meat department at Mark McEwan. Every time I walk in, he’s a bright spot in my day. Nick is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but he goes above and beyond in a way that’s rare these days. He’s one of those people who genuinely cares about his work and his customers — and it shows in every interaction.

What stands out the most is how warm and welcoming he is. No matter how busy he is, Nick always stops what he’s doing to greet me with a smile and ask how I’m doing. He even remembers to ask about my elderly mom, which honestly means a lot — that personal touch goes a long way.

There have been so many times when I’ve come in unsure of what I need, and Nick has taken the time to walk me through options, suggest cuts, and even explain the best way to cook them. He doesn’t rush, and he always makes sure I leave confident and happy with my choices. More than once, he’s gone out of his way to check the back or prep something special just because he knew it would help.

It’s rare to find someone who works so hard and still manages to treat every customer like they matter. I always leave with a smile on my face thanks to Nick’s kindness and professionalism. He’s the heart of that meat department, and a big reason I keep coming back.

We’ve partnered with McEwan for years, and they never disappoint. I had the pleasure of working directly with Ann—she was fantastic! The event ran smoothly and was a great success!

Our Easter turkey dinner arrived early neatly wrapped separate containers. Well packaged. The portions were great for the 11 of us who ate the dinner after re-heating. Everything was great - brussel sprouts, veggies, dressing (and gluten ,free dressing), very good salad, turkey was great. We all enjoyed the meal.

Last minute catering order , process was easy and Alyssa was a pleasure to work with. Delivered on time and the food was excellent!

The Turkey dinner was just fantastic it made our Easter dinner complete. We had 13 people over and there was lots leftover for everyone to take some leftovers home. Will definitely use them again as I have in the past when it was my turn to host a holiday dinner. Just love your food.

We ordered the bone in ham dinner for Easter. I had it delivered. Nothing short of amazing. The ham was moist and delicious and each side had its own flair. The scalloped potatoes!!!!!! Also the jus and applesauce were very tasty and really brought out new flavours. The food was packed very well and straightforward instructions. Would most definitely use McEwan Catering again. This was my first time

I used McEwan Catering for our Easter Dinner this year. We had 8 people attending. It was easy to order and the people on the phone were very helpful with my order.
This was my first time using McEwan Catering and I have to say that they were fabulous. The food was outstanding. Instructions for reheating were included. We ordered a whole turkey dinner with all the trimmings. All my guests commented how delicious everything was and I couldn't have cooked it any better.

Food was so good. Chef showed up on time and served my guests with ease. Was a def' hit at my dinner party. Would use them again and again
