Pretty decent bao’s. The bun itself tasted soft, chewy and fresh, which I really appreciated after the bad experience I had at at Bao Down in Vancouver. I especially liked the pork belly bao. The fried chicken one was meh. The vege/tofu bao defs needs some work.. it was just plain enoki mushrooms which was kinda of underwhelming. The sichuan spicy dumplings were pretty basic tasting, wouldn’t order it again. I’d possibly go back for the pork belly bao and maybe try a few...
Pretty good bao. Very flavorful. Quick service. I had the pork belly, fried chicken and some wontons. The fried chicken was very nice with crispy skin and some very mice spice. There are menu options besides baos which is nice. The prices are pretty reasonable too.
Food was great, but it was concerning to see that they were reusing trays and baskets to place food. For sanitary purposes these should be washed even if they "look clean".
