The Bao at Mean Bao - Union Station was okay.
The Pork Belly Bao and Braised Beef Baos were both okay. They weren’t as flavourful as we expected.

Amazing tofu bowl! Super delicious
The Baos are small in portion size. The buns itself are soft and fluffy (tasted good), the protein ordered was very minimal. Would I order here again, probably not.

Their Bao's are so soft, flavour's top notched.... siu mai is quite a handful... Chili sauce is legit

I'm not an expert on bao, but I loved it here and my kids loved it. What else is there to say? It was a satisfying snack.

At some point in the past few months (I last ate here in December) they must have changed the portion sizes. The flavour is still good but the bao is like less than half the portion it used to be. I’d rather see the price go up with inflation than have the size shrink so much. I’ve always stopped here during train layovers but I don’t plan on going back now.

food tastes great but the price and amount you get is ridiculous!! got the red curry tofu bowl that was purely just rice and tofu pieces with barely any vegetables as you can see the only two pieces of pepper and carrot that came w the bowl. it ended up costing $20 after tax and tip. honestly humbled me good.

A little on the slow side for our order, whereas others after us were served first :(
Food was average, a bit overpriced. You will still be hungry lol. Since it’s mix and match, we tried a bit of everything. Pork belly bao was the best one in our opinion.
Neutral experience.
