I really wanted to like this restaurant. I’m a big fan of a moody cocktail bar, and I specifically chose this spot because the charcuterie board stood out on the menu. I’ve had my fair share of boards, so I tend to rate them critically.
We were seated at a corner table right next to a group of six when the rest of the restaurant was empty. I should have asked to move, but didn’t, and it set a slightly awkward tone to start.
I would have been very disappointed paying full price for the charcuterie board—thankfully we came during happy hour. The selection felt like it was trying too hard to be different. While I appreciate creativity, sticking closer to the basics would go a long way. The meats were sliced extremely thin, and the board felt heavier on walnuts than on meat and cheese. The crostini was also very oily; I couldn’t eat more than two pieces.
My husband ordered the steak frites, which was overpriced for the cut of meat, undercooked, and served on such a small plate that it looked like very little food for the $28 price tag.
Overall, there’s potential here, but for the prices charged, the execution didn’t quite deliver.

We had a large and challenging party for 18 to celebrate Galentine's Day and Jahvonte was an amazing server! Very patient and had great service. It was a great space and I appreciated them accomodating so many people with great service.

Literally THE BEST bar ive been to in Toronto. The atmosphere with the candles is unmatched. The cocktails are so creative and aesthetic. The charcuterie board and cookie donuts are also insane wow!! Sean and Stas were the friendliest bartenders I’ve come across. 1000% recommend this place to anyone especially if you’re looking for a cute date spot

The first time I came to this place with my friend, I was absolutely impressed. The wine was delicious, the food was great. I truly love cozy, atmospheric places like this, and I really wanted to come back. And we did — today. We ordered oysters again, just like last time. To our huge surprise, the oysters that were served to us had a very strong and unpleasant smell. It was obvious they were not fresh. We called the server, but she insisted that the chef had personally checked everything. It’s very disappointing that we were served what seemed to be spoiled oysters and then told otherwise. We will never return to this place and will not recommend it to anyone. Enjoy your own spoiled oysters...

One of the best dining experiences I’ve had since returning to Toronto. The food was amazing and the service was outstanding. Stas (I believe that was her name) took great care of us — attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience even better. The vibe was perfect for a cozy night after a snowstorm.
