This is an exceptional desert spot! The quality is top notch and the atmosphere is nice too. I tried out the pistachio waffles with ice cream and it was delicious.
Although the serving sizes are small compared to the price you are paying, it had good quality ingredients and came out very fast. This place is usually packed on weekends and especially evenings, so I do suggest coming here on weekdays.
I also love the gelato here, its priced well and they have a vast variety of flavors to choose from. There are some very unique things on the menu here that you can't find elsewhere, so I would suggest scanning through the huge menu and selecting something unique!

We have been Melt n dip customer for a while visited regularly every Fridays the past months. Each visit was amazing except the last one. Staff looked too busy with each other. I ordered crepe but there were not much chocolate on top only in the middle which made the corners hard to eat and less delightful. Also the place was cold. Gonna wait for a while to come back again. I hope to have better experience as always and will update my review.

Incredibly disappointing. I placed an order for fondue through UberEats, only to be let down by both the portion size and the quality of the fruits. The fruits were far from fresh, with some even arriving moldy, which is completely unacceptable.
Will not be ordering from here again.

I went to this place to try the Viral Dubai Kunafa Chocolate Bar. I found they make it as crepes as well so we tried it. It was nice buy honestly i expected better. The Kunafa should be more buttery. I felt like its toasted in the airfryer. The chocolate sauce is nice. They have plenty of options their menu is huge. But i would highly recommend better dine in experience and actual plates and cutlery instead of a cardboard plate. The place is tiny only 5 or 6 tables. Overall experience was nice but i would go to another location

My first time visiting this location and it was very poor service. No one came to our table, I had to order at the front desk and once our dessert was ready the man behind the counter looked at me and said “come here!” I was so confused and I looked at the man and asked if they deliver your food to your table and he laughed and mocked me, then had someone deliver the food to our table where we dined to eat our meal. Very strange experience.

This is truly one of the best dessert shops around! The staff is fantastic, and the food is exceptional. I highly recommend trying their Croffle—it's a must! I can’t wait to sample their eclairs on my next visit!
