This experience was uninviting and horrible. It is different from last year, run down with no lights. The owner of the store constantly told us to “do it ourselves” and wouldn’t supply an ingredient sheet when asked; I have deathly allergies. Overall his demeanour was sketchy, he was preoccupied taking pictures of his significant other and wasn’t attentive to his job, and he gave us change from his pocket. So with this bad customer service, was the yogurt still good? No. Firstly, the flavours were extremely limited. The only supposed good flavours were Oreo and other basic flavours, nonetheless, they still tasted below average. Secondly, the toppings looked extremely old, most likely months old. Lastly, I came with my bestie and we both got yogurt, but she got double the amount. For some reason, mine costed more than hers, even though my yogurt weighed 230g while hers weighed 565g. The price was said to be 3.19$ per 100g on the sign. This did not taste good, bad experience, and unfair pricing. Do not recommend at all. Save your money and buy bubble tea or something better. If I could give this negative ten stars I would do it in a heartbeat. I’ve been to other Menchie’s stores and they are awesome, this store was just a let down! 👎

best fro yo ever just bad service. also why don’t they have $6 fridays anymore we specifically came here for that because other locations have it. also the worker was rude they don’t even acknowledge you when you come in and was acting like he’s some exterminator or something talking on the phone like i genuinely thought he wasn’t a worker because of how clueless he was?

My rating: 7.9/10. The frozen yoghurt was tasty from sure, and the customizable options are extensive and fun, but the cost is a bit too high even for frozen yoghurt, and the atmosphere is nothing special. Be ware lots of the photos of a fancy seating area for this place on its Google Maps profile are not real. The seating is quite basic and limited. I liked it for a good dessert, but I won’t be running back.
Vegetarian options: There is no meat served here, so everything is vegetarian.
Dietary restrictions: The frozen yoghurts are customizable, so you can choose what to put on based on your dietary restrictions, but obviously if you are lactose intolerant, don’t come here.
Kid-friendliness: Very kid and family friendly. Young kids may need help building their frozen yoghurts from someone taller though.
Wheelchair accessibility: The place is wheelchair accessible, save for the narrow door that doesn’t have an automatic opening button.

This guy it’s totally rude, he was rushing us to pay when the place was empty, it was my first and las time there. He need to take a customer service course honestly it was a bad experience for me and my friends.If you as a worker don't have a good day, you don't have to treat customers badly when they just want a service.I do not recommend this location at all.

This is the worst froyo ive ever had. I didnt know something like froyo can be this bad. The strawberry froyo tastes like cough syrup. Would not recommend buying it from here. Save your money and calories for something
