Usually I don’t care too much about customer service for quick in and out food situations. But this manager (who is the only person that works there) is so awful that it makes me and my friend not even want to go in to that place. He is so extremely hostile and unprofessional like you are bothering him in his home or something. It’s very unfortunate, I love froyo and this is now one of the only spots left in the city 😪

Get yr froyo craving elsewhere!!!! I’ve never had a more hostile experience trying to give a business my money and use the washroom. There was no one at the cash when I came in so I went to use the washroom first, only to be met with a man who yelled at me about having to be a customer even though there was clearly no one to even buy the damn yogurt from from - I would’ve just walked out if I didn’t need to use the washroom so badly. Unbelievable!

Almost $19 for a froyo that doesn’t taste like froyo. The food quality is so low for the price point. The machines seems to be all broken or needs a refill.

The employee ( I don’t know if he is the owner) was very rude. He did not acknowledge us when we came in. When we approached the register I said hello and he completely ignored me and just proceeded to put our yoghurts on the scale, both at the same time, even though we wanted to pay separately. Without saying a word throughout the whole time, he handed me the machine without even telling me the total and he proceeded to make a phone call, while we were still trying to pay. I said I wanted to pay cash and since he was distracted on his phone call, he did not hear me, somI had to keep waiting and since he finally saw that I was not paying on the machine, he finally paid attention to me and I had repeat myself and say that I wanted to pay cash, then he finally said the total so I could pay cash. Awful service and even though I love Menchie’s, I would not recommend anyone to go to this location. Customer service is nonexistent, he is very rude and there were a lot of item that were not restocked.

Went here looking to fix my frozen yogurt craving. It was literally awful. Pretty much all the flavors had a weird aftertaste of cleaning spray. And there was only two good flavors. The toppings looked like they had been sitting there for months and stale. Would never go back.

My friends and I had a terrible experience at this Menchie’s location. The employee was rude, distracted, and unhelpful. Came around to check if we were using the machines correctly but didn’t actually assist. The place was a mess, barely any stock, stale candy, and an overall dirty environment. It was extremely humid inside and reeked of Windex. The ice cream itself tasted off, almost like copper, and the machines were dirty, malfunctioning, and hard to use. Definitely not coming back.
