Not a good experience. The prices were unreasonably high and didn’t match the quality or quantity of the ice cream. What was even worse, there was no clear price list we were charged purely by eye estimate,which felt completely unfair and arbitrary. Overall, not worth trying at all.

$17.36. For absolute garbage. A cashier that was completely dead inside. A dish that said tips.... I've a 9lb watermelon, 2 cantaloupes and a pineapple that cost $14. They grew in the earth for months then travelled around the world. This absolutely tasteless garbage, where a ghost took my money, costing more than minimum wage in Ontario.!! Wake up. Who's buying this garbage? No, was it at least delicious. HELL NO! I learned my lesson. Let's shut thieves like this down.... So the comment below from the management.... Isn't available for me to comment. People!!! Wake up! The cashier might have been a thief? The cost is unacceptable.

This location always has excellent service. On my first trip to the GTA, the employees went above and beyond to accommodate my situation after losing my credit card. The store is kept very clean and always serves great quality product. I will most definitely be returning next time I'm in the GTA.
*Update* Returned again today to find the same high quality service. Considering the lack of frozen yogurt joints nowadays this spot is truly a gem.
100% would recommend visiting this location above the others.

Wonderful experience! I hadn't been here in many years, but went in with my little sibling today. The froyo is amazing, and the man at the till was so pleasant. He was to the point, calm, and directed us where we needed to go at just the right times. If we're ever in the area again, I would love to go here!

Ordered some frozen yogurt, it was the most disgusting 'frozen yogurt', we ever tried, you cant name it frozen yogurt, its not fair! Literally, all frozen yogurts taste pretty much the sane.. So you can't go wrong with that, or so I thought.. Horrible experience. Never ever coming back.
