The food was incredible, I don’t want that to get lost in the rest of what I have to say.
I have as many positives as I do negatives, which makes this a perfect 3/5 review.
We were seated along with 4 unique menus with a various mix of food/drink items and unfortunately little explanation.
We ordered… - tres salsa to start - the braised octopus - tacos capital - the white sangria - a Oaxaca cocktail
With a small portion of octopus, and only three slices of bread, I felt like my octopus dish, ordered from the entree section, was only appetizer sized.
The Oaxaca cocktail tasted watered down, but the white sangria was fresh and delicious.
The tacos were flavourful and juicy, but it felt like a small portion for the price.
Maybe we missed the point by not sharing our dishes amongst the table, but with 4 different menus, no walkthrough/explanation, and a $130 later, it was unfortunate to leave hungry, and like we had “done it wrong.”
The food was tasty though.

Just came back from here with my wife and another couple... AMAZING! Truely authentic Mexican food, we were all stuffed when we left, food was super tasty portions were very reasonable. Prices were a bit high, but in my opinion, worth every penny! We'll be back for sure next time we're back in Toronto.

My daughter and I went to Milagro Cantina and it was an incredible atmosphere. Diana, was such a such a sweetheart explaining the menu, and daily specials. The Paloma (drink) my daughter had was exceptional. Will definitely be coming back to bring the whole family.

Amazing place and very authentic as well! The chef greeted us at the door as we came a bit earlier than a standard dinner time, but we realised that only later when he mentioned about ingredients he is using for making black mole. The food we ordered was delicious, similar to what you can find in Mexico, and margaritas tasted great as well! They also have a very nice music playing

The best hospitality I’ve received in the GTA. On game 7 of the World Series, my friend and I were greeted by our welcoming hostess, Andre, who kindly sat us at the bar per our request. There, we were met with the kindest bartenders, Omar and Lalo, in which they’ve delivered amazing drinks and recommendations of the menu. What made this night amazing for what it was despite the country’s lost was the team’s enthusiastic, welcoming, and world class service to everyone, including my friend and I. Just prior to entering, we’ve already felt defeated from the countless restaurants that turned us down until we decided to take our chance with the comforting atmosphere of Milagro seen from outside. What would’ve been a disastrous night of wondering desperately downtown turned into a night to be remembered because of: Andre, Omar, Lalo, and the rest of the team (apologies if your names are misspelled). You guys are wonderful people, thanks for a memorable night and cheers. 11/10 service, staff, and establishment!

Great Mexican cuisine! The portions are generous and the smaller plates, like the ceviche and octopus, are extremely tasty! Everything’s always fresh and the guacamole they make here is really good. They have a really nice list of drinks and really good cocktails!
