Beautiful design and concept — the place looks amazing! I had a double Honduras espresso, and it was really, really good. The barista could be a bit more friendly and talkative, but overall, I’d definitely recommend this spot!

Milky’s has always been one of my favourite places to get coffee — I absolutely love their coffee and service. However, when I visited yesterday around 4 p.m. with my friend, we ordered a latte and a flat white. The two girls who served us were really sweet, but the drinks were quite disappointing — especially the flat white. It was watery, lacked flavour, and tasted more like an Americano with a splash of milk. A flat white is supposed to have a silky texture, and I’ve had it at Milky’s many times before, so this was surprising.

Been coming here all summer, was a great experience up until lately. The baristas are super sweet but I’ve been finding their customer service has gone down a lot. They don’t look like they want to work sometimes. They are super slow and I’ve had my order wrong a few times.

Drinks are ok, nothing extraordinary. The staff seem miserable here. No greeting, no smiles, genuinly seems like they hate their job. The kitchen/prep area is very messy and disorganized. Poor vibes overall. If you go to de mello down the street at the Well, you will understand the huge improvement in staff, quality, and overall vibe.
