On Valentine's Day they screwed up my dinner order. They didn't bring what I had ordered and my order was not complicated. It took a long time for them to fix it. When the bill arrived I was surprised that no items were credited for them ruining my V-Day dinner with my wife. I get that people make mistakes but the recovery was poor. I've been dining there off and on since they opened. I look forward to never coming back.
Food was ok, waited a long time for drink order, then again for food order to be taken. Food came out quick, just took a long time for the waitress to come around. The real problem was the restaurant temperature was 59F, one of the waiters said they have been having some problems. It was legitimately uncomfortable and should've been brought to our attention sooner. Knowing you have a problem and just hoping that people will eat lunch in their jackets seems a little sneaky.
food and service were very good. Was a very cold day and think they had some heating problem as temp in restaurant was fairly chilly. My wife and I kept are toques on, otherwise a very good experience.
Our server was very friendly! Food was great, and overall ambience was nice - great spot before the Leaf game.
The chicken was a tad undercooked, we sent it back for further cooking once we saw the middle of the chicken was pink. The food was cooked to our satisfaction when it returned but the other sides on the plate were missing. The restaurant did make it right by adjusting the bill. All the other food was tasty and served hot.
Great service and ambiance. The food is good and the presentation is very good. The service and the setting made for an easily enjoyable and relaxing night out.
I was a little disappointed with the Wagyu Bolognese. Nothing distinguished the taste from regular beef, and the sauce was unflavourful. My husband had the Wagyu Burger and he said it was okay.
The restaurant is directly across the street from street from Scotiabank Arena, which makes it convenient for events, and the staff are quite pleasant. I think that if this restaurant wants to really compete in the Toronto restaurant scene, they need to step up the food quality.

This used to be our favorite fine dining restaurant when in the area, however their menu has changed the last couple years.
The food is still very good but it's more of a quick bite and drink before the game atmosphere as opposed to a romantic date kinda night.

Cool place! Really enjoyed it! Good food!
Great spot to go before a game. Service was great and the food very good, I would definitely go again.

I feel for the management of this place, as it seems they have to do all the work here. Was greeted by a great hostess, but then was left to fed for ourselves by a middle aged brunette server / bartender. Eventually a grey haired man came and saved the day, but there’s way too many good places around for this type of service. Food was okay, beer was cold.
Great experience! The place was jammed for the hockey game, service was fast and food was great! Jasmin our server was top notch!

The four of us had a very relaxing, enjoyable meal with outstanding service from Jeffrey (unsure of spelling.)
A fairly mediocre experience unfortunately. With all that is available downtown I wish this restaurant stood out more, if not for the food at least some ambiance. Interestingly enough, the choice of random pop music was pretty off putting, simple jazz/instrumental is usually a safe bet in a restaurant... Around December you would expect the odd festive tune as well..
Really awesome ... visit again
