Very elevated Filipino cuisine still rooted in tradition. A great, fresh addition to the Toronto scene. The bar seating is quite comfortable unlike many. Gracious attentive service. A nice buzz in the room but you can easily chat with your companion.
Had an incredible experience at Mineral. The tasting menu was honestly one of the most exciting meals I’ve had in Toronto. Every course felt thoughtful, beautifully presented, and packed with bold Filipino-inspired flavours that were both comforting and elevated. The cocktails were just as impressive- get the calamansi papi, trust me on that!

Tasting menu was absolutely incredible. Standouts were the ensaymada with the mushroom butter. Flavours of the dishes went so well with each other. Service was great too, everyone was very attentive and warm but not constantly bothering us. My only small con is that the lighting is not the best for photo. But the quality in the food is definitely there, I can definitely see myself coming here at least once or twice a year for date nights
