The food is no big deal
But it can only be Debit or Cash, and there is also a low-cost transaction of 5 yuan, which feels very bad.
I can only say that as expected of Asians, they are very good at saving money.

A cute family-run shop that has Korean influenced food items. The food options were very affordable as well. There were cabbage kimchi and cucumber kimchi in the grab-and-go refrigerator, tteokbokki, bulgogi kimchi sandwich, and gimbap (only on Fridays) on the menu. I got a sushi set that's only available on Tuesdays and Thursdays and it tasted very fresh. My coworker got the bulgogi and kimchi sandwich and it looked really good. It's a cash or debit only place, so make sure you have the right payment methods before going.

I don't know that you can get a better sandwich for under $10 in the city than their bulgogi and kimchi sandwich.

Truly a hidden gem. In that if you walk too fast you’ll miss it and miss out on the best meal deal in downtown Toronto. These sweet Korean aunties made the most delicious and reasonably priced take out lunches you can find in the city. We got the bulgogi kimchi sandwich which can only be described as a bulgogi Big Mac fusion sandwich that’s so so good and a must try. We also got the pack of inari tofu pockets each with a difference filling, nicely seasoned, rice is fresh and not overly soggy. I just loved every bite and can’t wait to go back. This location has been open for TWENTY TWO years and clearly had regulars whose orders were ready for pick up each day. High recommend swinging by this unassuming hole in the wall and getting your hands on their tasty lunch menu. Next time I’m excited to try their spicy pork sandwich and hopefully come on a Friday to try their gimbap and tteokbokki :)

Spadina’s best kept secret! Blink and you just might miss this almost hidden gem in the heart of Toronto. Mini bar is anything but mini when it comes to their food and service. Everything is made with so much care, and tastes absolutely incredible. On heavy rotation for me as a go-to lunch spot in the area, bonus when it’s a Friday and they have additional specials. The Bulgogi Kimchi sandwich is a MUST. If you need a gateway to be absolutely in love with this spot, it is the bulgogi kimchi sandwich. Also love the Inari and sushi rolls they offer. I have yet to try the breakfast sandwiches because I just dream of the bulgogi sandwich for lunch and want it all the time but have heard good things about their breakfast options. These ladies know what they’re doing! A bit of a wait when you order but that’s because pretty much most things are made to order. Protect this establishment at all costs!
