My wife Tomika and I had the most amazing Valentine Day experience at Miss Likklemores. The food, the ambiance, the entire vibe was incredible. Our server Jahmal was superb. Undoubtedly one of a kind restaurant in Toronto. Highly recommended.!

Food and ambiance were absolutely amazing! My husband, who’s from Seattle, brought me here for Valentine’s Day and we had such a blast. The service was outstanding and the waiters were phenomenal. We kept ordering because everything was so good, we left completely full and happy! Lonnie and Darren, you’ve created a fantastic restaurant. Definitely a must-visit!

I’ll give many stars for atmosphere . Love the live dj. We came as a family for Valentine’s Day and the entire menu was soooooo spicy. Saying this as a Jamaican . Our 9yo couldn’t have anything ! Not everyone wants to leave their child home on valentines day. We had a dish suggested by the server despite the fact she should know there’s a spicy sauce . We asked for plain rice since it was all over the rice and she still charged us for the replacement rice even though it was HER FAULT . The macaroni pie was cold ! Noodles undercooked and tough like rock . But Kudos to the manager , she was wonderful and attentive got my daughter a drink and us some prosecco upon entry . However, something changed . Making something move spicy isn’t needed to be authentically Jamaican . Saying this as a Jamaican who’s eaten in Jamaica at fine dining restaurant many times ! Never had an issue in yard and been to many parishes . Our child has been able to eat at every single one of them on the adult menu ! Wouldn’t come back because our server was overly attentive to White folk but not so much people of color (Indian girl). I didn’t like that she didn’t really seem to care for our table , sometimes walking with her back turned toward us to get to their table and avoiding eye contact . We had the black guy 2 years ago and he was wonderful . Saw him there tonight , wish we got him . And our daughter was able to eat the food at 7yo when we initially visited this restaurant . I know this is not advertised as a family restaurant, but Caribbean people like to dine in groups and enjoy things with many others , so please be mindful of that when seasoning your food. After spending almost $350 . Disappointed . We were just trying to support our people.

Tried Likklemores for the first time and came in with high expectations given the reviews. We ordered beef patties, doubles, a salad, and a burger. The patties and doubles were decent enough but didn't quite deliver for the price point. Nothing wrong with them, just underwhelming. The salad was average, and the burger was the letdown, I'm almost certain it was a frozen patty. Overall, not a terrible experience, but hard to justify a return visit. Maybe I caught them on an off night, but based on this visit alone, it did not live up to expectations.

It might be pricey for some however to me it was well worth it. I'd love to see them offer pitchers of their cocktails with their meal service. The hot sauce I'd also love to be able to purchase it! Will be coming back again soon as they also offer brunch!

It was good but the fish was really oily, and the server spilled my red wine on the base when they brought it to me - I didn't notice until I lifted my glass to take a sip and the wine on the base dripped onto my lap. Good thing I was wearing dark colours.

Had a really great time here. Service was amazing. Our server Jalissa was very helpful and suggested some delicious food and drinks for us. Tried the doubles, likkle patties, oxtail, charcoal chicken, Mac pie, and coconut rice. Flavours were all 10/10 and the hot sauces were great. Vibes in the restaurant were great, the music was really good too. Would definitely come back!

He was also quite cold and did not check in to ask if our food was okay, which made us feel unwelcome. On top of that, our food came out cold. Very disappointing experience.

Took my Girlfriend for dinner. Because it was around the Christmas season I wanted to take her somewhere a bit nicer and different from what she was used to. The service was incredibly attentive,. The atmosphere was lively and energetic. And the food was timely and absolutely delicious. The portions were perfect and even a little too much for her that we had enough to take home for me to have the next day. A recommendation in reserving ahead of time, but we were seated as soon as we entered the door. I look forward to coming back again and again.

A great spot for Jamaican fusion. We visited on a Wednesday and took advantage of a beautiful bottle of wine at half price. The menu is extensive, and although we weren’t hungry enough to try any starters, it definitely gave us a reason to come back. We shared the oxtail-topped burger which they kindly offered to cut in half for us and it was delicious, as were the plantain chips. That said, the red snapper truly stole the show. I’ve never seen fish presented quite like this: lightly breaded with a lime-forward spice that was incredibly flavourful. Our server didn’t offer many suggestions, and in hindsight it would have made sense to order an additional side, as the escovitch vegetables were a bit skimpy. The music and overall vibe were great, even on a very quiet midweek January night. I’d love to see this place hopping.

and honestly what more is there to say. The staff are exceptionally knowledgeable about their menu. Able to offer their recommendations in regards to drinks, sides and pairings. The food was exquisite, everything simply tasted divine and the portions would be large enough to share or take home as leftovers.
