Terrible service and terrible food. Girl with blond hair’s service was exceptional bad and rude. Soup tasted extremely salty. Horrific dining experience.

I had the signature stir fried noodles with beef. It was very average and not so flavourful. I couldnt eat the beef because it was smelly and had a weird taste

I was served by a plus-size girl who is “discriminating” customers. It’s such an amazing experience for an Asian to be treated “differently” by another Asian looking girl in a Chinese noodle restaurant! Good job! That’s why I left 0 tip😊
She guided me to a table close to someone who was dining, so I moved to another. She then asked me to move back since the roll of empty tables is supposed to leave for large groups. Out of kindness, I agreed.
Later, a white gentleman came in. He was guided to another table, but made the same choice as me. The girl said nothing but served him with delight.
If you cannot treat people with fair, just say nothing or don’t work in the service industry.
The restaurant and food are really nice, only the service is disappointing today.

We had the braised beef - it could be a personal preference thing but the beef smelled and tasted a little too beefy ? If that makes sense. Broth also was missing something. Overall it was a decent dish.

Lamb skewers were also decent 4/5

The food just tasted really bad. Nothing wrong with the staff or atmosphere, but that was nasty. The chicken tasted raw I couldn’t even continue eating it, the beef tasted like it was plastic. So disappointed.

I had a very strange experience at this restaurant. I am not sure if it was because it was late afternoon and the serving staff were tired or if they prefer group diners over single diners. I went in to try the hand-pulled noodles. First, I felt like I was not welcome because the serving staff was impatient to get my order and seemed annoyed I asked one question about the dumplings. Despite this, I requested one portion for dine-in and another for take-away. I didn't order anything else (perhaps this was the reason for the strange behaviour by the serving staff). They came back saying they cannot accommodate my request for take-away. So I opted to only have the dine-in portion. A few minutes later she just left a box of noodles on my table, no cutlery. I was surprised, because I thought they couldn't accommodate my request for one portion of takeaway. I was put off by this and just felt like I was not welcome in this space. So I paid (and tipped the server well because honestly, she looked super tired) and left with my one box of packed noodles.

The food was fine—nothing to complain about. It's a good portion. But is it the best hand-pulled noodles? No. I have had better.

I hope the other locations have better service and try to make their spaces welcoming to single diners.

In my opinion the best tasting hand pulled noodles. The chew is so enjoyable, service quick, value for soup is amazing.

My usual is the braised beef noodles - and its the best.
