I placed an online order for pickup, yet I was charged a mandatory service fee/tip, which is unreasonable.
The 13% HST being bundled together with the service fee is misleading and unfair to customers. Pickup orders should not include forced tips.
Unfortunately, the food was also below average, which made the overall experience even worse.
This feels like poor business practice, and I would not recommend this place.

I ordered the Katsu Don for takeout and was really impressed. The chicken was juicy, the sauce was flavorful, and the portion size was great for the price. My order was ready super fast — definitely recommend!

Ordered uber eats deal. Buy any two rolls get two free (8 pieces each roll) selected spicy California and shrimp tempura. They sent 4 pieces of shrimp tempura and the rest were all California rolls. False advertising. Should have checked the google reviews before I ordered to avoid the disappointment. Would not recommend ordering from here. We both became very ill after eating.

Avoid like the goddamn plague. Got food poisoning from a uber eats bogo poke bowl 09/07/2025. My partner assumed it was the Danforth location.

It was definitely the tuna, tasted off so I didn't finish my bowl. Turns out I ate enough to get sick. The corn was hard and stale too. The places deserve to close, service/safety this poor post-pandemic is insulting.
