The employee didn’t allow me to use the washroom. No matter what I said, he just kept saying “No” and laughing. He was very rude and disrespectful

Very rude behaviour from staff and very awkward customer service
Very rude staff
Taste amazing 🥰
had it for the first time time the other day and I’m back for more
My last time ordering here….. portions are ridiculously small for the amount of money paid re thai dishes. Also, thai coconut mushroom soup lacks mushrooms and coconut milk! Disappointing……..

I ordered the Mega Poke via Uber Eats, two bowls for $30. The toppings and portion size were decent, but the sauces were not good.
The first time, I chose the original sauce. It tasted like a poorly made store-bought yakiniku sauce.
The second time, I tried the “wasabi yuzu sauce,” but it tasted like neither wasabi nor yuzu. It was more like a mixture of vinegar and mustard.
The rice soaked in these overly sour and salty sauces was inedible. I think it would be fine if ordered without sauce.

I came in very hungey as well as sad due to another merchant nearby not honoring a discount. However, the food not only healed my hunger but I left happy and figured out how to solve the issue with the other merchant while munching om some ABSOLUTELY delicoous sushi!!! Maybe the healing trauma wevinar helped too with tjat other merchants issue, a little bit 😇.

Ordered from here twice. The second time myself and my children got food poisoning. Be very careful.

The food was good and fresh, lots of food for great prices, everyone was kind to me even tho i asked the staff for some pretty unusual stuff, no criticism just feedback, i think the sashimi could be a little thiner, its not only more practical to grab but gives the impression that you are eating more food, instead of 4 slices of 150g each try 8 slices of 75g, idk may js be my personal preferences

There were like 3 mushrooms in my Tom yum soup 😞 pretty sad ..
The Monley Sushi chain is one of my easy go-to places for lunch when I need a quick bite. It's not omakase and it never pretended to be. In the many many times in the 5 years I've bought from them, I've always gotten decent rolls with decent amount of fish and never the issues others mention (maybe I'm lucky?). The couple of times I've gotten a maybe mangled roll, they made it better, whichever location that was at.
Dropped a star because the food presentation and quality did go down in the past couple of years. Instead of them raising the prices like everyone else to compensate for the increasing price of materials, they chose to make stuff smaller and keep their prices the same, which benefits those price-conscious. At this point, getting a tray of sushi for lunch from them is now cheaper than a bowl of soup elsewhere and that is crazy. So, with that in mind, this is a decent lunch spot, with good food. You're not coming here for the experience, you come here for a decent filling lunch well under $20 or a nice sushi party tray that will feed a crowd, won't break the bank, and will leave you with some dough for a few extra cans for that party ;)
