It’s hard to have a bad meal when the hostess is so attentive and the kitchen is very focused on a tight menu. I had the lobster tail risotto which was finished with fresh asparagus. Amazing neighborhood gem.Dietary restrictions: Very good about accommodating and allergies.

Pasta was perfection. The tomato sauce on the Calabrese lasagna hit all the notes. The rose crown pasta with ricotta was also a treat, and the vodka sauce had a very pleasant smokiness. You can taste the difference with the layers of flavours using high quality ingredients.And the dark chocolate lava cake was divine - don't skip dessert here, even if you're not typically a dessert person.

Visited in December 2023.Sandra was very lovely, from when I initially spoke with her on the phone, to her following up with me a few days later to confirm our reservation, to our interactions at her restaurant.The space is a vibe, feels like sitting in a cozy and intimate living room, big fun glasses of wine, pasta dishes to die for, and a full explanation of menu items, and very personalized service. The skilled chef even ran after me to give me my take out when I forgot it at the table! Not cheap, but no regrets! A Toronto Treasure, and a place to really treat yourself or celebrate.

BEST restaurant I've been to. I brought my boyfriend here for his Birthday dinner and it couldn't have been better. You can truly taste the passion that was put into the dishes, everything tasted so fresh, was the perfect amount and paired with delicious wine. The ambiance, decor and feeling is so welcoming and intimate, Sandra really knows how to make every customer feel special. If you want authentic italian food and to have an unforgettable experience I would highly recommend dining here. Can't wait to go back ?

One of the best dining experiences I have had in my life. The food is mindblowing delicious. The service is so personal...exceptional. This is little piece of heaven embedded in a residential street. I can't say enough about how great this place is. Sandra is a force and the dishes were perfection. The group I came with had previously met for dinners at Don Alfonso and Gulietta. We all felt this was the best of the bunch. Just fantastic. Loud, boisterous and cozy with insanely grrat food and drinks. Couldn't have been more perfect.

Absolutely amazing all around. Cannot recommend enough! Our pastas, cocktails, and dessert were delicious and beautifully presented. To top it off, the atmosphere was welcoming, warm, and beautiful. The owner was one of the sweetest people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting, and provided so much detail and passion in explaining the menu as well as providing recommendations. 11/10! Absolutely the BEST FOOD & DINING EXPERIENCE I’ve experienced in Toronto and North America frankly. We were a group of 6 this past Friday and everybody, literally everybody at our table was in awe at the quality and taste of the food, the wine parings and of course the experience of interacting with the owners in such an intimate way. I cannot endorse Morellinas in any other way but to come back over and over for special occasions with loved ones. It is an AAA experience bar none!Dietary restrictions: The way they accommodated my gluten intolerance was extraordinary! Thank you ladies.
